Adding tickets to existing Magic Band?

Apologies if this is common knowledge... I'm a long-time Dis-er but I'm out of the loop. I have Magic bands that are still active and I purchased a vacation package on Disneyworld.com with tickets. How can I get those tickets attached to the magic band so I can use it at the park?

They should automatically link. The band is linked to your MDE and the tickets are housed there. You don't actually link the tickets (or anything) to the band itself.

SO long as both (your tickets) and your magic band are linked to your My Disney Experience account, they should work just fine.

I would login to MDE and look up the magic bands you have/wish to use on your next trip and ensure they're active. Also, you should see your tickets and hotel in MDE, there would be nothing for you to do and your tickets and hotel info will be on your MB. So long as you purchased everything online with your MDE account, you should be all set.

Your Magic Band simply accesses what's loaded in your MDE account like an ATM card does your bank accounts.

You aren't attaching to or putting anything "onto" your Magic Band.

Anything included in your Disney package will be accessible by means of your MB as long as it shows on your MDE account.

The one catch is that if the band(s) you plan to use are more than 2 years old, they may not pick up in-ride videos and photos. They'll do everything else, though, from room key to park entry to room charging if staying in a Disney-owned resort.

If you were logged in to My Disney Experience when you booked the package, it should already be linked. If it's not linked already, find the confirmation number of your reservation and add it in your My Disney Experience plans.
