Adding Credit Card With Guest Services

Hello everyone. I set sail tomorrow and realized I forgot to add a credit card to our staterooms. We are set for "cash" right now.

I belive I can add a credit card at guest services for charges. We have two staterooms. We want to use my wifes credit card for our stateroom and my mother in laws credit card for her room.

Does my wife and mother in law have to be physically at guest services or can I just take their credit cards and go to guest services myself to have the cards added? Our reservations are merged if that makes a difference.

Had a similar situation and they wanted the person whose name was on the card .
It may depend on the person at the desk and their experience. I've discovered that's true a lot with Disney. Some CM know "work arounds" and feel comfortable while others don't.

That is what I was thinking. My wife and mother in law probably have to be there. It's just easier for me to do it since I am an early riser and I stay up late. I can be at guest services when there is a short wait. But it's ok. I'll still give it a shot and go to guest services myself.

I think you can also do at the Port before boarding since there are a couple people still working the check in desks.

And you don’t have to do it immediately. You can charge ~ $400 to your room before they want $ . No need to go when there’s a line. If you are an early riser, that can be a good time. They are always open.
