Action station photos

Sure, no problem, of course we got married in 2008, so prices have no doubt increased. When I pulled up my BEO it looks like I missed a few items too, we also had bacon, sausage links, and chorizo sausage and peppers. It was a modified version of the Tinkerbell brunch which was $45.00. We had assorted coffee, teas, and juice and a signature juice drink which is the Lilikoi juice served at Kona Cafe (guava, passion, orange). The pre-reception display was $9.50 for a total of $54.50 per person. We did not have any alcohol and used the non-alcoholic cider for our toast which was billed separately.

Thanks! We are also looking into the Tinkerbell brunch, which is priced right now at $55pp. We are thinking about moving the croissants/danishes/etc. pastries to the pre-reception. We are trying to stick to the $75pp brunch minimum, so hopefully that will allow us to have some other beverages and dessert.:goodvibes

I never thought to have the pastries that are included in the Tinkerbell Brunch used for the cocktail hour. I'm definitely considering doing that and saving money on the cheese display ($9.75++per person) but gotta see what hubby thinks first, lol.

We modified our Tinkberbell Brunch to include the Wild Berry, Grand Marnier Crepes (they are extremely yummy) which brought the cost to $65.00. We were trying to stay in the $75 minimum but once we added the Beer & Wine package ($30.00++ per person for 4 hrs) we threw out the minimum, lol.

Nice! We are also going to add the crepes if we do the Tinkerbell brunch. But to stick to the minimum we definitely can't do a 4 hour bar, so we are thinking of doing the 2 hour beer/wine bar, or doing cash bar with BOC sodas. Now I know how much adding the crepes will be!

Here's what our custom Mickey Waffle/Omelette station looked like at our anniversary brunch at the Attic:

Thanks for posting!!!:thumbsup2 We are really excited, we think it'll be a big hit at our as well.

What item did you replace with what? Did you modify the Tinkerbell Brunch? Do you have pics of the whole brunch set up?

For the omelet bar we switched out some of the cheeses and added spicy sausage and then on the crepe bar we added some additional fruit toppings including fresh peaches, DH's favorite. I posted some pictures of the buffet at the top of pg. 2. You can see the main buffet was set up and then the action stations were to the right and left at the end of the line. We were in the Living Seas Salon. I think the stations were a great way to dress up a brunch reception, I wanted people to feel like even though it was early in the day they still had options to get full :goodvibes

Does anyone have pictures of an Omelet and Crepe station?

I will in a few weeks. I know they've already been posted, i'm just getting excited because my wedding is 12 days away. I'll post them when i get them.

Ugh, I totally should not have clicked on this thread right before dinner. We still can't decide what time of day we want to do our wedding-- a dinner or a brunch. All of the action stations look amazing, I don't think we could go wrong either way!

I think we are all a little crazy about this and would love to see your pics too!

I wouldn't have even considered a brunch buffet before I saw the breakfast stations. I was set on a Thursday so I could have an evening but now I could totally do a Saturday morning. Too bad I don't think omelets, waffles, crepes, fajitas and mashed potatoes go together any time of day.

All of these pictures of food is making me hungry...and now I wish I had food bars installed throughout my kitchen with chef's ready to prepare whatever I want on a whim!

I was just thinking the same thing!!! I'm so hungry now!!

Now I want a brunch reception too.

Does anyone have any idea how I can pull that off with a 2:30 ceremony?:rotfl:

Really, thank you for posting your station pics. I'm going to subscribe so I can show DF what they will look like. We were really interested in the pasta station, until we found out that Disney has an Asian station.:yay:
