Account Help: How can I change my email? (Don't know my password)

I have been a member for many, many years. I want to change the email listed in my account as it is an ancient email for which I no longer have access. I see the button next that email listed in my account that says "Change Email" but then it asks for my password. I don't know my password. How can I change my email and my password. I am afraid if I log out that I will never be able to log in again. I am using my laptop now but cannot log in to my Disboards account on my iphone.
