Yes, you bypass the counter with Reserve.

Instead of going to the EA isle in the garage, you go to the appropriate isle you reserved (e.g. Full Size, SUV, etc.)

Yes, just go straight from baggage claim to the rental car garage- up i think it is one level and right to the aisle that has signs posted for your car class. Keys are in the doors. Just hop in and then onto the booth where they will ask you if you want to prepurchase the gasoline, and for your DL. They will have everything else like CC and rental agreement on file from when you signed up for emerald aisle. Very super easy! A little advice though- we came into Terminal 1 and it was quite a hike to National's garage (at least it felt like it with all of our stuff). If you have heavy or a lot of luggage, try to find a baggage helper to wheel your stuff to the car rental garage for you. When we returned they were waiting there for people and it was SO much nicer not to have to carry all of our stuff back to check in. Next time we will also have someone help us to the car on arrival.
