Hello,

Split stay coming up in August, 10 nights total (5 at each resort). We have 8 day tickets attached to the first 5 night stay. Am I understanding correctly that I will not be able to book FP's for all 8 of my theme park days at 60 days out because not all 8 days are consecutive? For example, we're going to a water park on day 4 so no FP+ for that day. Thank you! (It's the fact that it's a split stay and that the tickets are only on the first stay that's confusing me!)

If the number of onsite resort days booked exceeds the number of ticket days in an MDX account, the prebooked FP+s can be scheduled on nonconsecutive days.

It means that you can book up to the maximum number of resort days, even if your tickets are "shorter."

Are both hotels are WDW owned?

Thanks. That's so disappointing.

And yes, sorry, both hotels are WDW owned.

Last year we stayed off site for 10 days, and I booked a throwaway campsite for the first night. I was able to make 6 days worth of FP+ reservations for non consecutive days on the first day my window opened. I'm guessing it's changed?

Thanks for the help.

As Robo said, you are able to book for all 8 days as soon as your window opens. Onsite stay > onsite stay keeps the 60-day + length of stay booking window open.

Be prepared to schedule all 8 days the moment your window opens.

Someone just replied that I could only do 6 days at once, and then my other 6 days, but now that reply is gone? I'm lost, but happy if I can do all 8 days at once!

Thanks,

Sandy

I had to call to book FP+ for the last few days of our trip when we did a split stay (all onsite) last summer. We were able
to book 10 days of FP+ on non-consecutive days over 13 days. We just could not do it online. I made sure to get the important ones (A&E, 7DMT, Soarin'...) online, then when I spoke to the CM I just got whatever FP+ and made changes (times and experiences) afterwards.

Hope that helps!
