Hi everyone, first post here.
With ABD's Facebook post about possible destinations for next year, I wanted to know if you guys thought it would be better to wait for new trips or go on one of these.
It would most likely just be me and my 14 year old DD on the trip.
We were considering Peru, Southeast Asia, and South Africa, but now I don't know if we should wait until next year and see if ABD will roll out Japan or Hawaii.
Thanks in advance!

Welcome MI2266! I think you should do both years.:thumbsup2 if you plan for this year airline tickets are starting to be booked so sometimes you can snag better pricing farther out from the date. This summer will be our third trip with ABD and I would never have guessed how addictive they have become. 14 is a perfect age to travel for most kids in the groups we have experienced are in that age bubble. They truly are a family experience and something you will share
for a lifetime. :)

As the OP said, I'd book ABD for both years. However, before you do that I would recommend pricing the flights for when you want to travel and calling ABD to see if there is space available on whichever 2014 trip you want to take. Last year, the new ABD itineraries weren't released until mid-May(if memory serves me). There's no guarantee they will be released around the same time this year. If you follow them on facebook, they usually start dropping photo hints about the new destination a couple weeks before.

:welcome: to the DISboards! I also agree with the previous posters. If you can do both years then go for it :thumbsup2 South Africa is on our ABD bucket list now. One of our ABD guides from Scotland last year went to South Africa to guide this year. She just posted over 500 pictures on her FB page and looks like an amazing trip!
