AAA discount not available for CSR? (m)

We have reservations for June 9-14 at CSR and there were no AAA discounts available for those dates. Does anyone know how that works? Do they just not offer them at some times, or are their allotted rooms booked, or what? Would it do any good to try and call back on later dates? We've never done this before! Thanks so much!

My understanding is that there are allotted rooms. And when that allotment is gone for a selected period of dates. They're gone.

Remember... if only one night of the dates you selected had no AAA availability.. then the agent would come back with 'no availability'.

Try different dates... and explaining to your CM/Reservation Agent what you're trying to do.. I bet they can help you.

We have AAA discount at CSR for June 6 - 10th, but we booked it several months ago. Pretty sure they limit the # of rooms for each discount category. We're hoping to get an AP rate and it's possible that if we switch from AAA to AP, then the AAA rate becomes available for someone else, but I'm not sure. PS: Welcome to the DIS !!

I just switched from Pop to CSR 3 days ago.... no problem for my dates of June 8 - 16th.
The CM said all types of rooms were available.... standard, water view, king etc.
