I love the report on your trip to Disney on Ice! I haven't gone in about 20 years but now your pictures make me want to go again, if only so I can eat a sno-cone out of Flounder's head

The pictures of Nashville are lovely too, that's a city I want to visit someday!
I think the princess displays with all the little props are cute...wouldn't it be a great job to travel with the show and set those up at each stop?
I hope you get to visit Nashville. I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures. Maybe you can try to go next time Disney on Ice is near you.
Awww, I love all the Disney on Ice pictures and the Nashville pictures!! I haven't been to Nashville since 1996!! I love that place!!! I actually went up there for a friends wedding! We stayed with my great-aunt Elaine, who was the mother in law of Jerry Reed. I remember she had all these pictures of Jerry with Burt Reynolds and Sally Field all over her house and all I could think of was, geez, this lady has a lot of barbies!!!
So you've been in the presence of country greatness...twice removed!
Nashville has grown a lot in recent years. They've done loads of construction in downtown Nashville, and there's the coliseum where the Titans play, now. I wonder how long the little places, like Tootsie's, will hold out.
Thanks for sharing all those pics of Disney on Ice!!! I LOVED them!!! I don't know if we are going to take Megs this year or not---we have so much going on between now and October when it comes, that I just don't know if it will fit into our schedule!!! Isn't that CRAZY!!!!!
I know the feeling about being swamped. If you get to go, come back and show us a picture of you guys getting excited about Mickey and Minnie, too!
Totally. Ariel is the Queen of the Fairies! A very ugly fairy!
Maybe not the most beautiful fairy I've ever seen, to be nice about it. I guess being a good skater holds more weight in choosing parts.
ahhhhhh......memories....
the batman building is a classic. i remember at one time there was a bat bar near the batman building.
i love me some cracker barrell. i couldn't imagine living in an area of the country that didn't have cracker barrell. i grew up on steak and biscuits and hashbrown casserole! yummmm!!!!!
Jill loves Cracker Barrel, and she doesn't have one close to her house, so she likes going when she's here. The new one up here makes it very convenient.
THANKS for sharing Ice with us!!!
My mamma worked there!!! But it did not say At&T at the top
This is SUCH a neat picture!!! She will like having this one day when she's grown up like me
Why are boys always like this
So true and another wonderful thought
They just love being fun-squashers!
He wasn't being too grumpy, but I could tell he was hurrying us on down the road. I think he was ready to get home to some football and leave the princesses and country music stuff behind.
i think that was around in like 1997 maybe?????? i remember hearing about it right before i moved to georgia. my sister mentioned awhile back that it had become really trashy and then they eventually closed it. i have no clue where it was - i'm assuming near the batman building??
ETA: i googled it. it's now called either the liquid lounge or element (both names came up) and is located on 2nd avenue. from some of the things i've read i'm glad i never went there!!!!
I don't go downtown at all, so that's why I took all those pictures while I had the chance. I don't like all the homeless people in search of money. They had signs up all up and down the street saying DON'T GIVE! in regard them.
Fun pictures of Disney on Ice! That looked like a pretty cool show....lots of different elements! Brooklyn definitely enjoyed it!
It was a fun day, and she's at a great age to enjoy it.
looks like a fun show. I would guess that is form the DVD of Tinkerbell. I saw something about it somewhere.
glad you got your dollar back.
Every dollar is a Disney dollar. That dollar can buy half a something in Disney World. Or maybe a third of something.
question...is Mt Dew okay to drink while pregnant? not trying to be nosy just showing some concern?
I love your pictures of Disney On Ice. I love Brooklynn's reactions to the show as well. So precious. I cant wait to see the Tinkerbell movie.
She doesn't drink much, I don't think. I know she has a glass of milk every morning for breakfast.
Maybe if I watch the Tinkerbell movie with Brooklynn, I can retrace the Disney on Ice show and make more sense of it.
You mean there are people who don't have one where they live.

So sad. DD#2 eats the same thing. Hmm love that hashbrown casserole.MeMom thanks for posting the pictures of E.Tubbs . I remember being there 3 years ago. and the Disney on Ice pictures they will be here in Oct. Now I have to go see it.Loving the TR. Can't wait for more.
It's nice to have you along, especially since you have at least visited Nashville at some point. Let us know if you see the show.
My standard that I cannot deviate from is chicken and dumplings, green beans, and fried apples. My team teacher has been after me to try the hashbrown casserole. I couldn't choose what to give up, so I just added hashbrown casserole, got four items instead of three, and had plenty of leftovers.
i had a friend move to california (yorba linda) and they didn't have them out there. she was distraught!
Jill could never move to Yorba Linda.
Good Morning, MeMom. I wanted to let you know for some reason the Lord has put it in my heart to pray for you. I don't know why but I'm doing what He says. I hope you have a great day and thanks for all the Disney on Ice pictures.
I guess the prayers have worked so far. All is well as of right this minute. I appreciate you sharing your good thoughts.
