2027 Member Cruise


Surprised they have not sent an email to the community apologizing and providing an update...
They’d never do that. First, not every member is trying to book the cruise and the problem would be fixed and members booking before any update.
 
But what do the WDW bus drivers say?
lol, clarification: Anthony, DVC sales when you hit 2 instead of 1. He said his morning has been spent fielding calls from frustrated cruise-bookers and that I wasn't the first. He had direct knowledge and instructions from DVC admin on how to handle us and to encourage continued attempts. No ETA as to when the technical issue is expected to be fixed.
 
My concern with constant redial is that I do have to leave my home for other things and that I'll miss when it does eventually open up. If we are unable to get the room category we want, we won't book.
 
This happened with runDisney registration once. After a couple of hours they finally announced registration would open later in the day. I would prefer that. Then there would be no fear that we would miss out if they suddenly came back online.

Hm, that would be better. We have tickets to see Hoppers for early pm and not sure whether to cancel
 
10 minute count down!! Be ready. Speed dial. I found call just before.. by time plug in your info & transfers you to the menu..it will be after 12pm & queue up in the lead.
