We just returned from our big trip to Illinois. I was hoping for an update from you. I hope you are all doing well, just busy with Summertime Fun!

Hello, All!

Well, I'm back. And as crazy as it sounds, I have missed my own Happy Dance!!! Yes... my ticker finally, FINALLY, reads under one year and I missed it!!

So, here goes. (Better late than never!)

Hooray!! My countdown ticker reads less than one year!!!​

You know that I love the DIS, yet somehow I always wind up dropping out of sight and taking a huge sabbatical around this time of year. The change in schedule from school to summer has kept me busy, as well as a string of personal and health-related challenges.

But all is better now. Thanks be to God!

I miss you all and hope to catch up with everyone's TRs and PTRs ASAP. And yes, I will eventually pick up where I left off with my own neglected tale. Perhaps I will do a little re-cap since it's been so very long!

You know, sometimes that's the best feeling, all of a sudden things are closer than we realize.

Summer is hard. I am thrilled to hear that health and personal issues are ok. You have been missed but we all need, and have, to take a break at times. Life is just plain all consuming on it's own sometimes! The DIS will still be here, as will we when you are ready.
