OP - Did you book free dining for your dates? If not, I just posted another thread about discounted rates at the Swan and it looks like your Disneymoon dates would fall under the available dates.

Otherwise being called crazy by anyone is just a big bowl of wrong. I'm sorry you had to deal with a rude CM.

Well, I wish the OP would come back and tell us what kind of a discount she ended up getting on her Disneymoon!

DH and I have found that there are greatly varying levels of expertise and commitment from CM to CM when we call reservations. DH called multiple times re: a pin code and many CMs didn't seem to know what he was talking about. One CM finally found a code that was under my first name with DH's last name (I kept my last name when we were married but Disney has my last name both ways).

You can't be shy, you just have to keep calling back and trying different people on different days.
