Me too, mine still says processing but then it says this when you click on the order link: Order Status: 1 item(s) - Order in process of being fulfilled; Usually ships in null - null days

What is up with the null days LOL I paid with Paypal so if they are not going to ship it and the order is null....then they better be refunding my money.

That is mine exactly. What the heck is null days anyway? I wish they would update it! I was pretty early in ordering.

I got the cancellation from B&N last night as well

Has anyone received anything from Best Buy?? I see the charge is pending on my cc (I ordered it on Sunday). And when I check the order status it is still showing. Just wondering if anyone has received a cancellation from them or if they received a confirmation that it is being mailed yet??

Mine says normally ships in 0-1 days

I got one on Amazon for my parents... I myself have an Ipad, but thought it would make a nice gift for them to try a tablet... I got free shipping, so my total ended up being only 105.00

For those of us that ordered through OnSale, there is hope, but not much FYI everyone's order says "shipping soon delivery estimate XXXXX" so you can't go by that. If you had a pending charge and its completely gone, that is not a good sign. If you had a pending charge and its changed to a full charge, that is. Some people have said they have gotten cancellation emails from OnSale. Some people said that they called and talked to someone, some people did get told their item shipped. Some people ordered multiples, and were told only 1 of their pads shipped. If you want to call, hold time is around 30 minutes and the number is on one of the threads there.
OnSale has a few sister sites and it seems they are backordered and waiting for word from HP as to whether they can fulfill the orders. It doesn't look too promising.

Thanks for the update I am hoping mine goes through with Best Buy. Still says charge pending on my cc just like the B&N charge pending. I am going to keep an eye on it!

I've been surfing since Saturday. Not once did I see an option on the HP Canada site to "add to cart". Just TouchPad info pages.

Today...the Canadian site now says:

Too late for me. I haven't seen them anywhere else in Canada.

We received an order confirmation on Sunday, but have not received anything about shipping - it was supposed to ship today or tomorrow!

I ordered from Best Buy and I got an email saying it was shipped with a tracking code. I checked it out and it is scheduled to arrive on Monday. Coming from California to Mass.

I think that is fair though. Most people prob bought a few for various friends/family, but there are always the hoarders that grab everything they can to make a profit. At least by only sending one, more people get a chance at it.

What makes me more angry is that she said it was held up for "abusing" the sale. There wasn't a limit at 8:00 am when I ordered and I ordered 3. One for each kid and one for me. Mine isn't a need. Just a happy want. Theirs were for school as beginning college students. Where the heck is that abuse? Lol, thanks for listening! My husband owes you!

Still have not been able to get through to bn.com. Today it was a message that they are closed (altho the time is right ?) and to email xx@xxx. Well I did that and it bounced back. Anybody have any luck with bn.com. My friend has a ship notice on hers , we ordered maybe 10 minutes apart.

I just got off the phone with MACMALL . I was told when I ordered my 32gb touchpad that it would be delivered on Wednesday. I have charges pending on AMEX.
Now after speaking to 3 customer service reps I have been inforned my order was cancelled as they have no stock to ship. My order shows approved and being shipped by fedex. It simply means according yo the sales rep that if they get product from HP they will then fulfill the order.
Therefore no touchpads being shipped from MACMALL or their online store ONSALE at Amazon.

first off, I can't believe I found this thread on DisBoards. I searched via Yahoo for info on this sale and most replies/sites came up on Disboards, so I had to join, lol.

I originally got through on HP Small buisness on Sunday morning, I got (2) 32GB pads, I got a confirmation# but only got an email saying my order was received but not shipped. I called HP small buisness today and got a hold of someone after 2 hours and she said when my order is accepted, I will get another email.

In the mean time, I found out about ONSALE on Amazon and ordered 4(16GB) pads and 4(32GB) pads. Looks like those went through, I got emails with order numbers and shipment dates and my credit card company called to make sure no one stole my card, lol I confirmed no one stole it and confirmed the orders for the 8 touchpads. So, the Amazon order looks great, looks like I am backordered for HP small buisness though, and that is okay, I don't need 10 touch pads!!! If I get all that are ordered (10), I will post that here and offer them first come first serve at cost/shipping. I am not looking to "score" here, lol. I don't need 10 touchpads...........lol. Right now, I got 2 for my kids, 1 for a friend's kid, one for my brother. So, I would have 4 excess if all goes through, and perhaps 6 excess if HP small buisness panned out. please don't PM me, just go through here on the forum if you would be interested, remember, first come first serve (if it all pans out of course)
