Yes - they left last week

Won't have to see them until we go to Wales in October (unless the car develops a sudden unexplained fault).

Helen has just announced that on one night, Bethan will be wearing her National costume for Wales to dinner. There can't be much more room left in our cases!!!

Cool! I can't wait to see her. How interesting that other countries have a National costume... I don't think there is anything that can be thought of as a National costume in the USA..... Regional or Statewide, probably.

You're going to have as many suticases as we will! LOL! And there are 7 of us!

AND... my DSinL Steve will be leaving Iraq tomorrow! How exciting is that?! I'll tell you, we couldn't be happier! This is turning out to be a GREAT week! Thank GOD it is almost over.

I probably won't get a chance to read the boards again until Monday -- we are leaving early tomorrow morning for Omaha.... I have a cousin getting married Friday night and then all of us that have come in town for the wedding are going to have a *mini* family reunion on Saturday afternoon.

This is my dad's side of the family and we get together at least every other year for a reunion -- my dad is one of 9.

I'm driving for 11hrs with 26ds, 15dd, 8ds, 5dd & my dad...... Hopefully 26ds will drive more then me.
Dh just happens to have to work this Saturday..... I am really wishing that I had bought myself a plane ticket instead! UGH!

He enjoyed his trip to Houston as it reminded him of the reason we live in California!

Pooh Friend#1: I have friends leaving for Vegas this afternoon. Reminded me of your upcoming trip. Could you use a luggage handler ? I would LOVE a quick trip to Las Vegas!!!

I've already started a "packing" drawer, with items we will need for the cruise. Also picked up a new piece of luggage . I am planning to mail one box to the terminal with our cruise snacks and some bottled water, beach toys, snorkel and scuba gear, etc. I just need to make sure I will have room to get the the gear back in the luggage for the trip home!

I've already started to plan my goodies for all the DIS family.

BTW--I've been meaning to ask....what is the "Around the Globe Wine Tour"? I saw this on the 10-Night website. Did I miss a page about this?
