disney dinning plan in wdw. I know it is 40 adult 11 kid a day.

now what i cant find is if i would get charcter brekfest, brekfest in the park and stuff like that like i would in DL...to me the plan looks diffrent. in less some one can tell me other wards.

It would be for five days for 2 adults one child

For each night of your stay you get a counter service, table service, and a snack. for a 5 day stay, that would be 4 of each. You can use them at any restaurant that participates (which is most). Character meals are considered one table service.

The downside, for us, was the limitation of the childs menus. If we weren't on the plan, we would have purchased off of the adult menu for them. However, on the plan, alot of restaurants have the same fixed childs menu that wasn't appealing to mine. I.e. PB&J, cold breadless chicken chunks, pita pizza, veggies. Fries were an option in places. But, it got boring fast.

well its 5days in the park..6day in hotel.. and ty..umm my childs prety easy to please and gona be 5 at the time. but if hes hungry ill order him something else with cash. tho he loves pbj..dont know why.

What is this ive heard about fantasia dinner. dose any one know if it relly dose show good sets for fantasmic?

Your meal credits would be determined by the number of NIGHTS of your ressie, not days. If you are styaing 5 nights, you will have 5 credits each of Table service, counter service and snack for EACH PERSON in your party. So, if someone chooses not to use a snack or two, another person in the party can have extra etc.

Not sure what you are refering to with fantasia dinner, but I suspect you mean the dinner that includes special seating at Fantasmic. Yes, I believe you can use TS credits for that.

ok as i read in here i found my self more and more less impressed with the normal dinning plan. a snake is a cup of coffie or an appel..come on now..

I am intrested in finding out about premiom or platnuim im gona be at animal kingdom villa, and be there 6nights/5days at park. I do not belive 1 meal snake and what ever else will be enough. my family needs full meals.

can some one give the site of those? or prices?

6nights/5days so mean id have an extra tabel servic, snake and such?

also um have you heard of platnum or premium dinning..

that is a package..i alreayd have place to stay..i just want the premume stuff -hotel if any one knows

The premium plan and platinum plan are package deals. AFAIK, there is no free-standing prepaid meal option.

The other dining plans are not available for a DVC stay unless you are reserving through central reservations with a cash reservation.

You will have 1 TS, 1 CS. and 1 snack credit per person per night of stay.

You can use them at any participating restaurant for that type of credit for any meal you choose until you use them up. Most TS meals require 1 credit but a few require 2 such as the dinner shows and the CRT. You can use them for the fantasmic dinner package if you choose. Be sure to make ADR's for TS meals or you may be disappointed.

The seating for Fantasmic is on the far right of the stadium as you face the program area. Have never sat in that section but don't think there are any bad seats.

You would get 6 TS meals (sit down restarants or character meals/buffets), 6casual/counter service meals, and 6 snacks. The dining credits can be used at the parks, resorts, and some places at DTD.

dining plan brochure

The snack credit can be used for a breakfast- I have bought a 6 pack of donuts with 1 snack credit. Also it can be used for a bagel w/cream cheese.

If you are staying at a DVC resort on points you have to tell them that you want the dining plan before your check-in date but you do not pay for it until check-in.

That link get you to the brochure that explains EVERYTHING on the plan. If you want more you should probably just call Disney.

The DDP is a lot more than a cop of coffee and an apple. Here is a link fully describing the plan and what is included. Tehre is a link within the thread to a full list of snacks people have reported getting with their snack credits.

The PP are correct. There are NO stand alone meal plans available, everything is linked to and is part of a package stay.

Keep in mind too that 3 TS meals a day will eat up much of your park time. Some folks like that, some find it too much.

Good luck with your planning,

thanks.. and no what i ment was a snake credit can be used on cup coffie..(im gona have to tell my fionce to pay for his or hed use all his snake in one day.

I have looked over stuff and if go to meals that cost two..ive decied to just use cash..for the dinner shows and stuff.

Ty for all the info tho

Just reread most of the posts and did not see any mention of where you are staying which will make a differerence as to when you must pay for it. If you are staying at a regular resort you have to buy the DDP as part of your package and I think it must be paid for 45 days before your arrival.

im staying on points at animal kingdom villa, no package at all, just have to buy seprate 5day hopper
