LOL Karen! Change the cheer shoes to running practice clothes and that's me with my "almost" 11yr old (she'll be 11 on the 22nd of this month). Too funny. What is up with taking a shower no matter how long "until" someone tells her to get out? ugh

To those that commented about taking the kids- thanks for the reassurances. I was all so excited about going sooner than June 2006 I hadn't really considered the fact I'd be there for a week with the kids alone. LOL I think we'll be okay. They aren't all totally "easy" going though. My oldest is ADHD/ODD... BUT... she's never had any problems at WDW before. LOL And my youngest should be no problem at all- she wasn't even at a young age. She's my Disney freak My son, well... I'm sure we'll have some meltdowns if he doesn't get his way sometimes but surely SOMEDAY he'll get it through his thick skull that I don't give in to meltdowns & whining? A girl can hope. LOL
(well mostly he just can't stand it if he can't ride a ride due to height- and I don't think that should be an issue now.. he's grown some since our last trip Nov/Dec 2003 and hopefully will grow even more before June gets here. LOL)

I'm stoked we're going to Disney World before June 2006- that's all I know!

Matt asked me yesterday if the grey and dark yesterday was like MI's weather. Yes and that is why we left. Glad you all are not here for Florida's sunny weather because it is not here. Cold and rainy this morning. No sun yesterday. Sad.

I may have to put a sun watch on my signature like OhioMinnie did!

We've been through that. Our DD, now 13 used to whine about having to take a shower, once in there stay until we hollered to get out! Once I even turned the hot water off on her, making the statement that; "See you used up ALL the hot water!"

She is more realistic with showers now.

This is now DAY 3!!!! The temp dropped about 10 degrees between the time that I went into church this morning, and the time I came out!!! I'm starting to feel like OM & OM! I'm going to have to change my 'permanent weather forecast'.

Jim- did you get the notice about the public info meeting for the dreaded road widening... ugh!!! No left turn out of our complex... what a cluster___ that will be!!!

Well, I have removed my sun watch from the signature, afterall this is Florida. It is a perfectly blue sky and sunny!

I'm sure Jim will know better, but you can check here at the National Weather Service for some information.

Looks like a jacket would be a good idea with the lows in the upper 40° range with wind.
