we told ya when you first signed on! Just think you could have been yapping away with us for the past 2 1/2 years!

We have never regretted it. We bought in when the price was still low at BWV (with rebate, cost was $58 per point), then we added on at Beach Club on the cruise in 2002 ($70 per point). since the kids are getting older, we are looking at selling our BCV and have been told we can get between 95-100 per point and it will probably sell within a few days. I don't really want to sell, but I have my son's college to think about and a car for him this summer. Decisions, Decisions

OK I guess it is time for me to SHUT UP! Just once question for Karen....How far is Long Beach from Biloxi ? And if it is not far, have you been down since restoration has begun? I want to go to Biloxi, but I feel like I would be getting in the way. I think the only casino that is open, that I know of, is the Imperial Palace...

Yes -- Beach Club is the most desired place. Has the best pool and you can walk a very short way into the World Showcase entrance at EPCOT. We love it there, the kids and I are staying there after the Cruise.

We have decided that we really aren't going to be going as often, and we still have our main contract, so we can still go at least once a year, just no more 2 or 3 trips per year.

15 minutes. Go just about everyday to different parts for errands. No, three or four are now open. We have some tourists again. Our part of the Coast was completely taken out as well, but unlike Biloxi, we didn't have casinos. Just homeowners and beach front business. So, our city is hurting financially right now. Glad to get you some pics if there is anything in particular you would like to see from Biloxi area.

It's a group from our church/school (St. Thomas Catholic Church/school) About 40 families. (Started out as a 6th grade graduation thing--no, I don't have one of those. My oldest is in 3rd grade!)

We recently sold our DVC at a profit!! We got a call asking if we wanted to sell because we had a large block... After adding up the vacations we took and the money we had paid vs what we would get back we walked away with a profit!

Our reasoning was.... didn't really need that many points... OKW was our fav spot but we bought in at the boardwalk sell out for cheap. We started with enough to get us all on a cruise in a 6 -- kiss those days good bye! And we had just spent the last 5 years doing the Disney thing 2-4 times a year!! Enough... But mostly there was the profit.

We do plan to buy back later from an individual... I hear you can get some real deals if you are willing to wait for someone who is needing to sell...
