Ooh, going to see if there's a new smiley that looks like me. Is there a Dance Mom? Alicia forgot the music she's choreographing to, so I had to take it to her early. Only I had the time wrong, so wound up waiting 1 1/2 hours for her to get done. Then we went to a soup n' salad place with the gang. Just got home, spent my whole afternoon being a dance Mom.

Yep...I saw that Cheshire Cat. I may need to adopt it back. I may end up strangling the cheer coach. The girls had a 6 a.m. practice yesterday, then left school early for a competition...they got back to school at about 7:45 pm.
Today, they had to be at school at 1:00 to practice, left the school at 3:00 for a competition, and won't be home until 9 pm. I'm hoping she found out today that those girls are exhausted. One passed out and was taken to the hospital, Jordan got dizzy, collapsed & is vomiting and another girl fell and twisted her knee.

I can't believe this myself: what came in the mail today? THE CRUISE KIT!!! (I guess "woohoo" smilie is appropriate here!?!) The letter was "printed on 12/28/2005" - had my name and TA's address; TA's office actually forwarded it to me -- (can't find a good smilie for shock and awe!)

We just returned from some glorious days at WDW. I want a Soarin' room in my next house. I've decided my favorite sound is the squeal our DD5 let out when she saw the Dumbo ride. Because I'm still hobbling around from a broken foot, I rode an ECV which was a God-send although I felt guilty when we didn't have to wait for It's a Small World. It was truly a great vacation.

We're going to try to go to Orlando a couple days before our cruise and see parts of the parks we missed this time around. We're ready to go back right now!

ohiominnie ~ Please know that we will definitely pray for you and your family.

My DD is 11 and my DS is 8, we are happy in Sandy springs, it is really great being close to the interstate and very central to everything because of it.

School here start again in the 14th August I think.

Sitting at the school, waiting for the team to get back. Jordan was in tears still...when she called the second time. I really hope the coach doesn't try to talk to me.
My mom called today & I knew by the tone of her voice that it wasn't good. My niece, Lindsey has a half sister...her Mom's from her second marriage...the sister has a 3 yr old little girl. The little one was visiting her other Grandma & their house burned down. Isabella (3) died in the fire. Seems like one bad thing after another.

Really? We just saw the previews and it looked HORRIBLE. I couldn't believe anyone would want to do all of that falling on their head or being slammed to the ice. They must have showed the worst of the worst for the commercial.

We finished up Monday's 24 last night. Can't believe they are making me wait until next week to see another episode!!

Cannot handle the weekly wait between episodes, my DB refuses to watch it he waits till it comes on DVD and then does a weekend marathon when my SIL works her wekend shift.

I like to islands on the bags too and if we miss one for whatever reason we will always have our bag to remind us of what was meant to be!!

We are not planning on doing any excursions, either. The only thing my DH wants to do is the parasailing at CC. I think my DS (AJ,10) wants to join him in a tandum sail. Other than that, I think the only thing we'll do is the Chakannab beach. My guys are too young for ruins or castles. Maybe next time. I know my little guy (Anthony,6) will not stay more than a couple of hours looking at anything educational.

My DD was 10 last year when she did her first parasail and it was a tandem with my DH, she loved it especially when they dipped there feet in the water.
They let DS and myself on the boat so we got to take some great shots of them.

We will probably also hang out at Chakannab beach.

Hey, Mary...I thought this was odd. Ppl on our cruise last week put the SS Member Cruise life ring magnets on their doors.

It'll be so sad when I can't say "our cruise last week."

We went on the Magic in september and never received any magnets and that was our 3rd magical cruise??? Do you think they only send to some passengers??

I'm back at work now. I was at the mall during "lunch". Is it a good thing or a bad thing that the mall is 1 mile from work??? Went to shop for a new dryer and to shop at Gymboree. I have GymBucks from Gymboree that are BURNING a whole in my pocket! For those of you that don't have kids (or don't shop there), they have certain times of the year that if you purchase $50 then you get 1 GymBuck for 50% off a purchase of $50. I have 2 GymBucks. Sounds great to have 50% off but in essence it's really 25% off if I use it. But, if I don't use it then it's NOTHING off! Yea, that's my story & I'm stickin' to it. I really shouldn't be spending any more money since we need a new dryer, the 12-month same-as-cash financing on Ashley's big-girl furniture is due, the credit card bill with the downpayment on the truck is coming due, AND our final payment on the cruise is due!!! Anyone one want to send me some money interest free????

As you can see I have been having my own little posting party here,
I am awake this late as I slept all day after I woke with a migrain, got up to go ou for dinner and have been playing catchup since.

Off to bed as the kids have SS in the morning and DH dealt with them all day, even took DS to the dealer to try a key they sent as DS was convinced we were winning a H3 as the key was going to fit. DH had to explain to him that it was a con to get you there but he talked about it all week so DH took him and then they went for lunch.

Jordan still felt crummy when she got home, and she and Amber went to bed right away. That's a first for those two. I hope they sleep till noon, they've earned it.

I don't feel like sleeping, so I have been getting a lot done. Jay is at the cabin...it's where he goes when he needs to re-group. He called when he got up there, someone had broken in, in spite of all of our security efforts. They used bolt-cutters.
It's an evil world out there....and I'm getting disgusted and dismayed.

Well....guess I'll go before I bring everyone else down, too. Sorry.
