Well, seems the sizes are all even sizes 2/4, 6/8 10/12 and 14/16.

There is no 5, 9, or 13. :)

Mark is MarkRG and the buttons are free....AS LONG AS....you are going to wear them. In other words, they have NO problem making them and footing the bill for them if you plan to use them but would rather not you get them and then don't use them. Makes sense to me. :)

Ah, you're quite right about the sizes. I was only mentioning sizes 5 missing because that's the size that would probably fit my daughter the most. LOL

I see about the buttons... can't believe they are free- wow! We'd definitely wear them. So now to let Mark know.. thanks!

Garry, I apologize for not knowing what's going on- what list are you referring to? It doesn't sound good. :(

The call came last night around 12:30 -- Although Bruce was recovering from the stroke, he had a heart attck and could not be revived. This morning I need to tell my Mother.

I called Bruce my adpted brother - this is why.
Bruce is my "adopted brother" because our two families were trhown together in tradedy the moment I was born. We lived next door all through our childhood, with all the normal memories of Christmas, hunting Easter eggs, roller skates, cars etc.

Bruce's older brother died when I was one, his younger brother was hospilized so that his middle brother and I were taken care of by my Mother. It was middle brother who called me last night. When his father died, my Mother was there for his mother. When my father died, it was his mother who took care of my mother. When we went to college I was in the emergency room with his son, when his daughter was born. (Playground accident for the son). His childer were my godchildren, and I was their Aunt. I was the one he called to tell the family his son died in an auto accident. When younger brother was tragically and permanently injured, Bruce called me to rush to the emergency room.

Sam and I will be leaving for Jax. tomorrow, I think.

I spoke with my niece last night, he had been doing well. This will not be easy.

Ohhh......Irene.......my heart breaks for you and his family.......:guilty:

For us girls.....you got a big TV. ;)

A few posts while Sam is getting the truck and camper ready.

We have hurricane damage in the camper - oh boy, just what we did not need tonight. And you guessed it, the roof....We had not checked it out since Wilma, as let's see, what did we do for vacation last Fall, I know CRUISE, not camp......anyway, I trust he has it uner control. So after he gets home form HD, he has to go back to HD....

Now this is strange --- the shirt site has sizes from the home 'puter. Honest when I checked from work, there were no size charts, maybe a winking fish or a sign holding penguin, but no size charts...so here goes.

Maria - shirts for us.

Sam - adult - XL (he is easy).
Irene - youth - medium (or large if you go 50/50 blend). Yes, I measured the Hefty (whatever) shirts against my Disney shirts, and I wear a youth medium, not because I am small, but because I am short.

Buttons....you can go with whatever is the correct protocal. I am (Chop&Dale&Fun = Irene) and Sam, I think is just Sam.

Hedgie has requesed a button if that is ok....She, like Bear, Scoopie and (IAMNOTLISA) is a valid poster.

I'll back check posts and see if I forgot anything.....

Thanks all....and thanks for the prayers,,,,,

Hope no one had a horrible attitude about my dad who, for the last cruise, totally forgot to pack pants. So, yes, he was wearing jeans for Palo brunch. He was wearing jeans on formal night (he tried Mike's pants on but they were too small) He was wearing jeans every night in the dining room.

At the age of 72, I'm glad my dad could join us, formal wear or not. If anyone had/has a problem with that, oh well. If they want to spend their vacation upset about what someone at my table is wearing, then they have some serious issues.

Do I want ppl showing up in Palo or the dining rooms looking like complete slobs? No, but I cannot control what they wear, I can only control my actions and behaviors and thoughts. Beyond that, I'm helpless. ;)

Monica, you remind me of mama bear comin' out to protect her cubs (you timed how long they sat on the edge?) You go, girl!

Before our 1st cruise we bought DH his suit for formal night and driving down he realized he forgot it, we visited Dillards and bought another and then saw there were so many people without that I was mad we had spent so much extra - now we would do what your dad did, an accident is exactly that.

I have a husband vent ... boys & their toys!!!

A few years ago when Ashley was just a baby, we bought a portable DVD player for the car - only a single screen. Now that we have a bigger car and they can both watch movies, we want to get something different. My thought was a single player with 2 screens. No .... my husband wants 1 screen that is 10"!!! I don't know what he's thinking. Where is this thing going to go? So we've been shopping for the past few days for something new. We need to do something before our 7 hour car ride to Louisiana next week.

BTW, what did you all do before portable DVDs??? :lmao: I guess somehow we managed when we were growing up ... but then there was ... are we there yet? He/she's touching me!!! Etc.

Ang

We bought the player with 2 screens instead of having one installed in the car, of course they are 1/2 price now but it was the best thing, we have taken it on the plane with us, to Canada, to Australia and on all our trips here, we don't keep it in the car daily so they have a break from TV, TV, TV!!

We haven't started the buttons yet so no need to spell things out just yet. As I stated in a post earlier today that will be coming in the next week or so.

Monica ... update on swimming lessons tonight. I spoke with the instructor when I dropped Ashley off. She definitely kept an eye on her tonight. I was much more comfortable. I also had a word with Ashley & tried to make her understand that she was not to get in the water until her teacher said that it was ok. When I got her at the end of class I asked her teacher if she would need another round of Pike I. Registration is Fri. for the next session. She said that she should be in Pike II.

Yup. We didn't have the option of buying anything....he found out they were missing about 30 minutes before dinner! Guess we could have bought a $70 pair of "dockers" in the gift shop....NOT! By that time, we figured what the heck...

he was more comfortable than the rest of us. Next time, I might just "forget" my pants!! :lmao:
