Hi Cindy & Amy! Welcome!! :welcome: party:

You already passed one test....besides being Blabbermouths....you both have adorable DIS kids!! Disney kids are the BEST!

Amy, I've been watching your girls "grow" in your pictures. Especially Emily. Too cute!

We've been pretty quiet here lately, everyone just trying to stay cool and survive the summer.

We can't wait until we have an official date....then the thread will really BOOM!

Welcome Cindy and Amy!!!

Glad you've joined!!! Let's see - at time of cruising DH (John) and I'll be 41. :faint: ds, Mike 13 and dd, Maggie 11. Former Chicago suburbians too...We've lived in Houston since '95 - we both grew up in Wheaton then spent 5 years in Joliet before leaving my beloved Cubs (and family) behind for warmer climates...

Although, Cindy, Mark and Mary - y'all are welcome to come cool off down here for awhile... :lmao:

HAYYYYY... I'm not a newbie... but I have type A blood...
Unfortunately, I'm still using my liver... I need it for my job.

Hey all!

Welcome to the thread Cindy and Amy!!! :) You'd better get posting if you're going to try to snag a top blabbermouth spot!! :lmao:

garRy.....TOO FUNNY!!! :) Remember, you can't do a live donor. That's what you told us anyway. Maybe you just think our livers aren't good enough for you. :confused3 :lmao:

Long day here. Picked up kids from acting then had to bum around town for a few hours (library, dinner) so KT could then go to Youth Group at church. Yet another negative of living so far away from everything.....we couldn't just come home and go back out. Then when she was in Youth Group, Nick and I had to bum around some more. Too far to go home and back out to get her. :(

Hey OM tell Mike - Bravo on another fine article!!!

Will somone from American Heart Assoc get his/her nose out of joint because he's plugging the ARC??? :rotfl2: Have to add - I'm not campaigning for equal Heart Assoc plugs - All my Health and Safety Instructor Certs are with ARC

Often the courses are even more accessible than the ARC chapter - YMCAs, Park Districts, Hospitals, and even fire departments will hold trainings on a regular basis...

Oh, and the AED isn't really working - it's a training model...Do you think we'd put a real live one in a 15 year olds hands for training- hmm - will this work on me??? lets test it out... :lmao: (Yes, I know it wouldn't register "shock required" but still...)

Will email him all of your feedback! :)
Won't be seeing much of him here on the thread. Between a full time job, writing for the DIS, podcasting for the DIS, writing his own column and having his OWN podcast, he's quite busy. Now he's talking about writing for the American Academy of Pediatrics :earseek:

Happy Thursday!

Nice to see Amy & Cindy join the thread. I've sailed with these ladies and thier families last September and will be sailing with them again this October. They are great people and will make a wonderful addition to the blabbermouth group! I'm hoping some of the other Member Cruisers can join us as well.

You can't scare me away that quickly. ;)

I heard about your health problems and how you traveled down to see the Magic off in May. I hope all works out for you. Sorry, we all still need our livers and none of us have type A blood.

Thanks for the welcomes. I would have been back sooner but we had some nasty storms roll through last night. We've had a lot of problems with our newest computer so when lightening/thunder rolls in, we're now learning not to jinx ourselves anymore.

Ok, having you HERE (not "hear" as I originally had) is going to freak me out. I went to my user CP and saw that "cgcw" was the last poster on the thread. So I clicked on it, fully expecting to go to the member cruise thread....but it was this one. :earseek: as if I'm not confused enough already. :)

Welcome to my world, Karen. I live in constant confusion! :rotfl:

Just think what this could lead to.....he'll become a famous writer, give up the practice, and work from home! How exciting!!!
