LOVE the pics of Seth getting his hair cut! What a cutie! Isn't that such a wonderful memory maker?
It was lots of fun. Definitely worth the time and what little money it costs. Kinda glad I have a boy where I can do something simple and fun like this but that doesn't break the bank like BBB!

There aren't many better ways to start a day than with an official Magic Kingdom opening.
I knew I had seen him in a few of the
youtube videos I looked at for first haircuts, so I was glad when I walked in and saw that he'd be doing it. I knew he knew what he was doing!
And he was great with Seth. And I agree about starting your day....if only I could just go there when I wanted to see the opening show and then walk down Main Street, then I could return to work and have a great rest-of-the-day. But that's just not how it works, huh?
Are you SURE all that liquid on the ground isn't your coffee? Haha, jk
The opening show at Magic Kingdom is definitely the best by far... how cool that Seth got to see it on his first trip!
I love the pictures of Seth checking himself out in the mirror. He's like, "Yeahhhh I know I look good!" Michael cut Jake's hair back in June... he was great!

Yeah, that's the only opening show we try to see at least once - we love it! Seth looking in the mirror was so funny...I totally wasn't expecting him to do that!

Seth did so well - looks like such a little man with his haircut. I love that you got his first haircut in the World and ears and certificate and everything. How cool! He is absolutely adorable in the mirror video - what a little ham!
You too! Yeah, we had a good Christmas other than Ray not being there. Hopefully that's the last year that will happen. We are planning on staying home for the next several years, at least until Santa stops coming.
I thought the first haircut experience was really cute! And it didn't take too long...maybe 10 minutes total.
Joining this thread late...I've enjoyed reading about the adventures of a young couple with a little one! My husband and I are thinking of staring a family in the near future and while he says he wants to wait until the child is at least 5 before taking them to WDW, I know I'd like to go with an infant or young toddler!

Ray doesn't want to go back until Seth is around 5, but it really wasn't that bad. I think that's just sort of how guys are....the easier the better! Of course it's more work with a little one, but I usually was fine with whatever we were doing. There were times I was tired or stressed but that's true in everyday life too! Might as well be tired and stressed at Disney World!
Dawn, I have always enjoyed your reports where I have laughed out loud, learned some great tips, enjoyed great pictures, but this morning, for the first time, tears filled my eyes after reading this update!! What a precious son you have in Seth---the haircut pics and video are ever so cute!!! Great job Mom and Dad!!!

We are still laughing him about him doing that....so funny! Yeah, I was happy about getting the first appointment of the day. I didn't want to have to stop what we were doing later and go back towards the front of the park. It worked out well! Oh, I've been meaning to tell you, there will be a video I'll post later that you will LOVE! So stick with me if at all possible. The video was taken on the last night of our trip, so it will be awhile before I get to it. But you will LOVE it!
But I must get one of these certificates!!!
