Was at the Rangers game tonight. Boy was that one of the best nights of hockey I've ever been to. Now to game 5.

LETS GO DUCKS!!! I couldn't believe what I saw last night, but I was definitely happy and screaming at the top of my lungs/jumping up and down at the end of the night. Was that a high stick on a goal? I don't know, but the announcers did say that it isn't the angle of the stick, it's where the puck made contact with the stick and it hit on the bottom park of the stick. They also said that it is harder to determine high sticking the further away it is from the goal, which is probably why the goal counted. Anyways, even with that goal, Calgary was the better team last night until the last 10 minutes of the 3rd period. The Ducks just got lucky.

Gut check time for the Bruins tonight. Have to bring the A-game and make this a best of 3 series or it will be a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong summer for us fans.

As for the games last night... I hope that training staff of the Pens, Blue Jackets and Oilers all keep aloe in their medical bags. Because there are some goalies waking up this morning with a sun burn on the backs of their necks. But in all seriousness, I'm glad the Jackets were able hang on and win last night.

I was also really happy to see Columbus win a game. I don't think they can come back to win the series, but anytime Pittsburgh loses, I'm happy. I was bummed to see the Habs lose and, of course, LOVED seeing the Sharks finally wake up and play to their potential.

I have to say there has been some pretty rough hockey going on in these playoff games. I know it usually gets that way but I've never seen even the Rangers get into so many scuffles. I thought for sure last night we were going to get an old school bloody bash on the ice. I still think it may happen in game 6 or 7.

I think you can say that of most President's trophy winners of the past 10-12 years. What is it, like, only 3 in that span have won the Cup? Something like that.
