2016 OKW Christmas Tree exchange-Tree has been sent!

Spilled the beans to my dad last night that when they arrive (since it will be before the rest of us) they have to pick up the tree. He was like huh? Tree? After a brief explanation he was pretty excited about it!

Just make sure he asks for the tree under your reservation name so that Bell Services can find it for him.
I am getting the tree ready for shipping. :santa:

Yep, looks like I've got it listed under your mom and dad, so we should be good. I bought a new box to pack the tree, as the old one needed to be retired. :)

Hi, we are travelling from the UK and will be at OKW from 14th- 22nd December it looks like these dates are already taken, any other ideas on how to get a tree in the room? Im tempted to buy one when I get out there.
We come from the UK every christmas (since 2010) and always buy a tree. We have a rental car, so head out to Target to buy a tree (usually around $40). We have been collecting Disney decorations each year so these come with us bubble wrapped in our case. We just buy some cheaper baubles to fill it up a bit. We are there 10-26th December so having a tree in our villa makes it feel more like a home than a hotel.

The tree was delivered to OKW yesterday, Thursday 11/17. Let the sharing begin! :santa:
We loved the tree and extra goodies! We had our villa right on the canal, and heard many compliments on the boat about the lights on balcony and tree inside. one night our boat driver was talking to the whole boat about how people decorate and mentioned our room, we were like yay! thats us!
Thanks so much for letting us be a part of the exchange!!
P.S...hope everyone enjoyed the additional Cubs World Series Winners ornament we added! wooohooo!!

We got the tree last night from bell hop. We are putting it up now while the monsoon is outside.

Just want to say thank you to Miss Sarah for arranging the Christmas tree. It certainly spruced up the room with the Christmas spirit. Each day our granddaughter looked forward to lighting the tree. We wish you all a Merry Christmas.:santa:
