We were in row 12 and they “changed the plane” to one where they deleted row 12-14.

Oh I believe you. I have read about people with status getting bumped from first class and then having to call in after the flight to get compensated. Hopefully they don't give you the "it's still the same class seats" BS and compensate you.

Did you ever have very long waits for the monorail? We still haven't taken it to leave the parks yet. But did ride it into the parks once on our recent trip.

even on the 2nd which was absolutely slammed, we did not wait for anything other than the next train to arrive.

I noticed this during our delay too. I can roll with a delay, I've seen and done it before. etc., but my family gets stressed. I think it's that I've already realized that I have no control, and they're coming to that realization.

I’d much rather do 5 nights in a studio than 7 in a duo…

I’d go spend 2 nights down in San Diego or up in Los Angeles/Beach Cities/Malibu to have something else to do….

We switched this to a Standard Studio. Still leaves us enough points to split our planned 10 day trip in 2029 into a duo (3) and studio (7).
