I'm sorry, I'm sure these are dumb questions but I need help.

I am currently booked for Pop from 8/25-8/31 with a travel agent. I want to switch my dates to 8/24-9/1. I really want free dining. Does she have to take care of it for me? Is there anything I can do? I whole new reservation will have to be booked and the old one canceled right?

Have stayed at POP every Fall since 2006. When values went to quick service dining I paid the upgrade fee for the 4 of us to get Regular dining plan. Probably won't pay to upgrade this year. Costs my family of four $750 to upgrade plus $200 for tips. Validates my adding two days to our trip! Fingers crossed for free dining this year......

I've seen several people post that they are booked at Xxxxxx Resort but plan to change to Xxxxx Resort once FD opens. Here's my question:

The room discount I am using is only available at All Star Sports right now (for Values). I'd prefer Pop or AoA. Is it likely that once FD kicks off people might move from Values to Mods, opening up rooms at the Values so I could maybe get a room-only discount there?

I am waking up early every morning and checking. Normally I don't like looking at my clock because I can't get back to sleep. I wish they would announce it soon before I pick up this sleep pattern. That would not be good.

Last year it went live online around 4:30 EDT. You go to "Special Offers" at the bottom of the Disney Website page, left hand column.

I have also been experiencing certain room categories being unavailable for the predicted dates. A bit surprising for some of them, as they are not prime travel times.

I haven't made a reservation yet. I'm still hoping there will be additional dates/changes to the dates that have been listed.

When I check alot of the standard room are unavailable for the week we are going--in the MOD resorts--So I'm thinking people are booking expecting FD to be offered for the Resorts and think that they can add it to their package, but Disney would only offer room categories that are available at the time. They may not have FD offer Standard rooms for certain MODs because they are already booked.

Wonder with these rumored dates if there has been any cancellations in October and moves to November or September. I still have a feeling October might be included. Def last week of it. I have a week booked already and it does look like rooms are filling fast. Hopefully everyone will at least get a room.
