2013 Rack Rates? When will they announce?

I was just on the WDW site, and as a goof I entered 2013 dates to see if anything would pop up. A warning sign came up saying that 2013 package rates & room only rates will be available on-line on 07/11/12!!!! I also heard rumors that free QSDP will be offered on 7/12/12 for the fall/winter. I'm planning a trip for the last week in November, so free DP would be great. But I'm more excited for 2013 rates...can't wait for Wednesday!!!
