I haven't posted about Magic Bands in a while... so I thought I would fill you in on the latest information from today.
I was trying to book fastpass+ for October/November trip... I've been able to book 10/30 and 10/31, but couldn't book FP+ for 11/1 or 11/2, I could book FP+ for 11/3 and I leave at 11 on 11/4 so no need for anything that day. I was getting a message for 11/1 and 11/2 that said all my FP+ have been exceeded, but dinning and F&W reservations are showing up. I decided to call the number on the invite I got and it was the DVC number.... after giving all my member info and confirming I am indeed me calling I was transferred to someone who could help me

I told the cast member my story and what was happening and then said does this make sense because I know I just gave you a lot of info

She was so polite and after putting me on hold for what seemed like forever she came back and said she wanted to go into my account to see what was going on. She then came back on the line after 35 mins on hold to tell me that the problem I was having was a first and they think they know what's going on but they needed to work on it to fix the issue

and that I should try to make FP+ selections on Monday... ok!
Since I already have a Magic Band for Septembers trip she did tell me that same band will work for 2 years and even though it says a new band is coming that it won't come because I have the band already

She also explained that since this is a testing phase they do appreciate calls so they can work out the bugs, SO if you are having issues make sure you call because they really do appreciate the call!!
Thats my update!! All headed that way have safe travels and all there now have fun!!!
