Does anyone know if the sweet seat are sold out already for 10/5? I called at 7 and I am still on hold. I can get the regular seats online. Should o book those .

I had been looking on and off and NEVER found where you could book these tickets online. I called this a.m. ---- was told approx 9 minute wait. 35 minutes later I came here to see how other people were doing with F&W stuff while I was on hold. I saw your post and was surprised to read the ' reg seats online'. I googled that specific event and was able to book it! I was always on the general listing of events that didn't offer a booking option. I can't help but think Im not the only one who missed this.....but maybe I am...

Still trying to get through on the phone, busy signals and busy lines are all the responses I get!! I booked 3D dessert party on line but really hope to upgrade to sweet seats if I ever get through. Both Cat Cora and Jamie Deen that I wanted to see were sold out at 7am! Still hoping for Tequila Lunch on Sept 29.

Finally success! After holding for 55 minutes I got through to a very helpful agent who knew what she was doing. She did ask for my hotel information at after the earlier report of someone being hung up on I just went ahead and gave the info. The good news is I got both events I wanted:

Italian Food & Wine Luncheon on 10/24
Mexican Tequila Lunch on 10/26

I did like that she was able to pull up the event and put them in my cart and then give me the whole rules spiel at once at the end and took my credit card once at the end.

Now to shower and go to work!

Hooray!!!!! Got Wine View Lounge for Party for the Senses 10/13.
I was only asked my phone number and to verify my email and she found me in the system. I was not asked where I was staying.
She said the policy was not up but she just reminded me of the highlights. The call was very quick once I got on.

Nine night trip for food and wine...on pins and needles about getting what we wanted. Called at 7:00 am exactly and was told as 9 minute wait. After 53 minutes booked reserved seating for PFTS and the new Italian regional lunch.

I was told 9 minute wait as well but but 39 minutes later I am still on hold

I'd keep that one on hold but start trying to dial to get in on another line, too Last year some people went to hold for hours and others called in after them and got all their reservations done while the first ones were still on hold. No logic at all as to who got answered and who got sent to NEVER never land.

Called at 7:00 a.m. sharp and was quoted a 45-minute wait. Used another phone and kept getting "circuits busy" or a busy signal while on hold with the first call. Turned out to be about 50 minutes, but the agent was extremely helpful and allowed me to make all my reservations without reading the disclaimers after each. We got everything we wanted:

Oct 5 - Mixology
Oct 6 - Cheese Seminar
Oct 6 - Wine Tasting
Oct 6 - PFTS (with Wine View)
Oct 7 - Tequila Lunch

GOT IT! Sweet Seats for 3D Dessert Discovery Party on 10/26!

I was only hold about 58 minutes and total call time was 65 minutes. Agent was very knowledgeable and nice.

He didn't ask me for a hotel reservation number either.

We're doing PFTS with reserved seat on 10/27 also - was told we will be sharing a table (fine with me) - I don't think the WVL is worth the extra $100 given this new option...kinda surprised some people are still booking it.

Maybe that part about sharing was in the policies that the CM didn't read to me. I wasn't told anything about sharing. There are just two of us though so I'm okay with that if we do share. I wonder if they allow you to ask who to share with?

I wouldn't book the wine view for the extra money. I never really used the goodies we got from being in the fancy seats. All I really wanted was the chair!

I booked the Sweet Seats through the phone and during the disclaimer he said they are nontransferable, nonrefundable and cannot be modified in any way. I'm guessing that wouldn't be allowed since that would be modifying them? Although Disney would be getting more money in the end so I don't know why they wouldn't allow this.

Moral to the story. I have no idea. lol
