Maura, loads of pixie dust for your IT band.

Hope you're better soon!
I'll also be in Florida next week, arriving 2/16. I might try and run around Boardwalk and Y&BC while I'm there, but since I have the Mercedes Marathon on 2/13

, I'm not sure when I'll be ready to attempt that recovery run.
Suzanne, how cool to organize a race! Wish I had some suggestions, but all I can do is wish you luck.
Rich, I hope your daughter's nightmares come to an end soon. That's no fun at all. I'm a big advocate of the "Disney movie nap" myself; I hope it helps you stay somewhat functional despite the sleep deprivation.
Ashleigh and any other Princess runners, I am SO jealous and I know you're going to have a great time! Wish I was running it this year. I just can't justify going since I have a work WDW trip 2 weeks before and a family
DCL/WDW trip 2 weeks after, so it's just not in the cards for me this time.
Steve, thanks for the race report. Too funny about George Lopez. Glad to hear you had a MAGICal time on your cruise!
Ryan, a pirate race sounds like the next best thing to a Disney race! Best of luck with your training plan.
Bettina, congrats on your mileage. I say give your local race a shot. Don't forget that "race day magic" will probably keep you at a slightly faster than usual pace. Since your training pace is below 15 mpm, I'm sure you'll do fine on race day.
