2010 news from the Magic

Thanks - I am computer challenged, how did you find these? I am looking for the 7nt and 8nt Dover price list and it doesn't have the link either

I also could not find the pricing for the 8 n Dover cruise online...then I looked at this link posted by Taysmom and saw this "FPO" terminology and the starting price was $200 higher than what the DCL site said. So I called DCL to ask about the FPO thing and she said that is a TA link, and that she didn't even have access to pricing for that cruise. I suppose since the pricing doesn't match up for the lowest category that makes sense that it's something put together by a TA to LOOK like it's DCL. But it as least gives us an IDEA of the approx. pricing...but I wouldn't trust this link to try to book anything since the "starting at" price is different!

Lets see if I do a back to back to back it would cost $$,$$$.$$ yeah I gues I could swing it:headache:

Maybe if I sell 1 of my children!:lmao:

If I sell 2 of them I could get a smaller cabin as well.

Oh well off to E-Bay:rotfl:

I pulled that right off of disneys website. It's not a TA link.

FPO - doesn't mean a thing. I called yesterday to ask. They said it was an internal items that they forgot to take off when the information went live yesterday.

The price you see are the prices for everyone

Interesting, my guess was Fuel price omitted.

I am going to ignore the price and do a back-to-back, 7/18/10 Baltic followed by the 8 night Dover to Barcelona. I'll just set up an account and start paying into it monthly. As long as I can get on the internet, I'll be able to convince everyone at work to let me go. My kids will be 13 and 9 so this is a great chance for us to see the world together.

It is my understanding that Inventory Control is no longer accepting waitlist requests for suites on the summer 2010 cruises. However, if you already put in a request by assuming or guessing what the itineraries would be (e.g. " I want to be on the repositioning cruise in August that brings the ship back to Florida"), you may be able to modify the request based on the released information.

Ouch the prices! I so want to do this. Between air, cruise and shore trips I am going to need a second job. The 5% OBC my agent is offering will help with the shore excursions, what credit card can I get to help with the air?

Anyone thinking about the June 24th 2010 Baltic? This is what I have in mind. I sent my info to my TA @ DU so will have to wait and see what she comes up with on the 14th.

With the prices listed I did a guesstimate for 5 of us in 2 connecting Cat. 5 rooms, it's pricey, VERY pricey. We might be able to use points for the airfare, which would help.

I really want to do this cruise and dh seemed very interested. Here's hoping!!!

My TA has phoned DCL several times over the last 24 hours and they have said that the Christmas & New Year prices won't be release until Oct 14th!

I have asked her to book me a Cat 6 room - butI have no idea how much it will cost - I could be in for a BIG shock!!:lmao:

I think you are missing a few body parts. Well I hope you guys on the other end of the pond enjoy the summer of 2010. I would lime to thank Disney for finaly living up to their reputation of being way over priced.

I just checked my ressie # that I transferred to a TA and found that my # came up on the DCL website but with the wrong cruise! At least it's one of the 2010 cruises.

what do you mean? did the TA transfer the wrong dummy date?

These prices are high.....the Baltic ones are as you say over the top.

I found this tidbit about excursions for the European 2010 cruises --

"Along with the usual Disney onboard activities, the line is working on unique excursions such as dressing kids as princes and princesses before taking them to a castle for a visit and a feast. " princess:

Sounds too cool!

But we are laboring over strategies.... to book with points, to book direct and transfer to points, to transfer a dummy date cruise, to wait until we are onboard in June...sheesh! What is the best way??
