VWL - 4.1%
BCV - 4.0%
AKV - 2.3%

I guess the $1.3 million budgeted in 2010 for animal programs is a real bargain!

What gets me is we are budgeting $2.1 milion for housekeeping...and that's with no housekeeping service most days!

AKV's animal programs will cost about $0.2533 per points. Although these costs raise AKV's MF, I believe that AKV's larger size helps keep all of its other budget items lower. If it wasn't for the animal programs, AKV's MF would probably match OKW. But I wouldn't want to give up the animals just to save 25 cents a point.

although we live less than an hour's drive from WDW, we haven't yet received the snail-mail version. our online account shows the following for SSR:

AOB: 2.3722
ACRB: 0.9324
Taxes: 1.0307

ADpp: 4.3353

I think these are SSR's MF amounts from 2009.

Oh, guess I misunderstood but that would make sense since ###s aren't approved. I thought some people were saying they were getting STATEMENTS already; but apparently they are all just the budget / report booklet thingies?

That's one of the reasons precisely why it's so low. Not as much to maintain/repair/fix/upgrade/paint than the older resorts.
