2009 ~~ Project 365 Progress

well i fell off the wagon when mom got sick in may. i was good up to that point. i did take a few at the hospital so i tried to keep it up, but did not. i think that fact that i have a digital slr it's so bulky to carry around. i too think i'd like a little camera to keep in my pocketbook. maybe i'll try again next year.

well since we were snowed in... I managed to get the first 3 weeks of may done and uploaded to shutterfly... also got last week done for dec... I need to get the last week of may done and then all of june so I can order the next shutterfly book. Of course, that still leaves july/aug, sept/oct and nov/dec but I feel like at least I put a dent in it.

I will be so glad when dec 31st arrives...

Can I just say that I am sooooo ready for 365 to be done! I thought December would be easy for photos because of all the Christmas prep, etc. Well, that didn't happen - I have so many holes for December because I was just too busy to even get the camera out. I have a feeling there will be lots of pictures of individual Christmas ornaments! I am up to date since about Nov 20ish, so I have about 6 weeks to catch up.

Wow, I just realized something - the book has extra set of pages, and I started before 12/31 last year, so I'm already done! I haven't taken any super exciting pictures this week, so it's no loss. Hooray!!!! Now just need to toss in the pictures I just developed and update the journalling - a great New Years Day activity!

I did not mess up like I thought I did. I had the photos, I just wasn't keeping track. I finshed picking out all of the photos I need to complete the album. I still need to upload them, print them, journal back to to Nov 15 and put those in the album.

My new kit should arrive on Wednesday. My kids love the album so much, I am going to to start a new one. I need to make sure I put my point and shoot in my purse this year.
