2 quick questions before we leave, Wishes and CoP

For anyone there now, or returned recently, I have a couple of questions. Is regular Wishes still showing on non-party nights? My friends were there in late September, and said it was Halloween fireworks they saw.

Also, is Carousel of Progress currently open?

I believe they had a dry run or two of Hallowishes before MNSSHP began, so it *should* now be the regular wishes on non-Party nights. And we saw COP on 10/2! I was so excited to see it open.
