Two weeks AFTER Easter we will be staying at RPR for 1-2 nights. I will buy tickets from UT (2-day park-to-park). I know we will get 1 additional free day with these tickets. We will be in the parks on a Thursday/Friday and possibly Saturday.
My question is, with EP's and relatively lower crowds, do we need 3 days to enjoy everything without rushing? My boys, ages 12, will likely not really be into the 'atmosphere' or casting spells at HP. They will want to run from one ride to the next. The reason I am struggling with this decision is we need to drive to Fort Lauderdale on Saturday (anytime day or night) to cruise out on Sunday. I want to take my time at Universal, but would like to enjoy the beach/friends at Ft. Lauderdale as well.
Another consideration, if we plan on 3 days at the parks, would we have enough time to spend an afternoon at the RPR pool and still get to everything at the parks?
Thanks for any input! The last time we were at Universal was pre-HP, so I have no idea how this might change our time needed in the parks.
