I finally made it to exercise class tonight
We did 30 min of butt and 30 min of abs. I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow but it will be a good sore.
I'm looking forward to some warmer, dryer weather. Want to walk outside. Am meeting a friend at the gym on Wed and Thurs so will exercise at least 60 min each of those days.
Megan - great job on you mile run. I can't last much over a minute running before getting so winded I choke myself coughing. Set small goals so you will have lots of accomplishments to celebrate on your weight loss journey.
