Hi Susan...

I'm in and out...

lots of teenage drama here today, and preparation for the onslaught of 10 year olds....

I WISH I were lonely! :lmao: :lmao:

Jordan's Furniture started out as a little Mom & Pop furniture store in Waltham.

Waltham?? Why does Waltham sound so familiar? What else is there? I grew up in the western part of the state (near Springfield) so don't know that much about anything east of there but that sounds so familiar.

I sent DCL an email earlier asking about Christmas gift packages and I got a reply. According to the response they sent, "We will offer Holiday Gift Packages to order. Beginning on November 15,
2006 you can order Holiday Gift Packages by calling 800-601-8455 Monday
- Friday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (EST) Saturday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
(EST)."

Hooray!

I've been curious to see those too!

Thanks for finding out...

45 minutes until all "heck" breaks loose here...wish me luck! :thumbsup2

Good luck, Sherrena! Better you than me!

Yes, it will be interesting to see what they will have. Wednesday should be the day, one month from the day we leave!!!! :cool1:

Thanks - I will keep my eye out for them

Hi everyone. I have been gone for a while but KSDTink kindly reeled my back in. Thanks for that. I am trying to get my act together to get my family ready for this cruise. I have also been trying to catch up on postings but I have given up on that. I did read that someone said that there is a new club for 10-14 year olds? Does that mean that my 13 year old will have to hang with my 10 year old? He was looking forward to being a "teen" for this cruise!

Well, it's famous because that's where *I* grew up :lmao: :lmao:

Seriously though, there is alot of industry on the Rte 128 corridor that runs right through it. If you knew someone that worked in the tech industry, they could have worked there. Poloroid, IBM, Ratheon and alot of other biggies are in Waltham. Although Poloroid went under about 5 years ago.

Hi booksw..welcome back

I believe the 13yo can can to the Stack also. Just like the 10-12yo can visit the other club also.

Thank goodness that my son can go to the Stack. He has been looking forward to that "status"! What kinds of things have you done, Magiroux, to get ready for the cruise?

We spent all afternoon playing on the computer - my DH and I. He copied all of our door signs onto magnetic paper - we had no trouble. and I cut out mickey heads and attached magnets

My 16yrold says we have been "drunk" on Disney all day. :rotfl2:

I have a just turned 14yr old boy and a 16 yr old girl

Welcome

Thanks. I have a 13 year old boy (George), 10 year old boy (Sam) and an 8 year old daughter (Anna).

That would be great. Our last Disney cruise George was 11 and we were traveling with good friends of ours who had children similar ages to ours and George mostly hung out with this friend. I am hoping that he meets some new people this time. Has your son made friends on the cruise before?

I read back a couple of pages and saw that you used to live in PA. My mom lives in Philadelphia. She will be on the cruise with us. I hope she likes it! She is pretty nervous about it.

Yes we use to live in Philly - both kids were born there. We were very nervous about cruising our first time - late November, But, we ended up loving it.

Hope your mom does too.
