DrHug - I opened the Jack Sparrow Costume and it doesn't smell like mildew. It did smell like the plastic bag. The strange part is that I think they sewed it wrong. You can't put your arms in the sleeve holes. It is very strange. Does the white part of the shirt cover your chest? I honestly think they messed up his costume.

Yes, the white part goes over the chest. It did take us a little to get it all turned around right also. Glad it didn't smell like mildew. I used lots of fabreez on DrHug's.

Did you guys both order these costumes from disneydirect? I ordered DS's Hook costume from them last year & it had mold all over it. I sent that one back & got another & the same thing. Their storage warehouse must be terrible. I ended up washing it in the delicate cycle & it was fine. If I hadn't gotten the original price down to $11 from 35/40 I would have been screaming mad!

Thanks for thinking of me. I am still mired in Negotiations in Cleveland (there today). I am so busy day and night right now with a variety of issues - including taking 80 yr old mom to the hospital on her Birthday - that I rarely have time to get online or visit the boards right now. It does look like we are slowing down a bit though - and has anyone heard from Jordan?

John - what a cutie!! We went to an Indians spring training game Sunday...they beat the Braves.

Lisa - you booked already for 07? I didn't realize the rates were out yet!!

Yes, they were released on 3/1. You have to do an advanced search to get a quote for after April 2007 though.

YEAH!!! I finally got a TOPP!!! We will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary on that cruise.

Oh my! I will probably be up late tonight. I need to stop shaking. The police just left. I called at 9:34 because someone or something was making alot of noise out front. I could hear it over the TV. I looked over & saw that the garage door was unlocked so ran over there & looked outside but couldn't see anything...still heard the noise though. I grabbed the phone & called 911. They took a while to get here. Everything is fine but waiting to find out after being so spooked didn't help me stay calm. I am going to have DH install some motion sensor lights in the corners of the house next weekend when he is home for a day.

Is anyone out there to chat to tonight?

Hey honey I'm here. I've been missing for a while sewing t-shirt quilts up a storm. Christmas is busy season for me. Tonight I have been "lurking" and trying to catch up on the news.

BTW My DH and I are celebrating our 10 yr anniversary soon also. It's in Sept so too soon for the cruise. I had wanted to go to Vegas and have vows renewed by Elvis (purely for the entertainment value and memories.) but with two Disney trips this year I don't think we can squeeze anything else in.

IDK what it was. We have all sorts of animals around here. I think that something wanted to get in the pizza box & was stepping on the cans when it was trying to get in. None of the cars were messed with & the house was locked up. I guess that I am going to put the recycling box in the garage. 7 more weeks!!! The officer now knows that DH is gone so will keep an eye out when on patrol. The neighbor's DH is away on pilot training along with a guy across the street so there are three of us PT single moms here right now. I have been playing Tetris to make myself tired. It worked! Good night all! Busy day tomorrow.

Lisa - I hope everything works out. That would really have me spooked as well! I got my husbands costume from Disney Shopping. I would have been furious if it was moldy. I got it now because it was on sale plus the were running a special for extra money off.

I saw the Grand Canyon once in a flyover from Vegas. I figured I'd never be that far west again. You are lucky to live so close to it.

I've been trying to catch up with what everyone has been doing while I've been working but it's quite a daunting task. Good grief there are 180 pages to read! I think this group is having more fun before the cruise than we will during.

Will someone pretty please catch me up on the basics? Where are we on the T-shirts? Stockings? Anything else?

Well, I just took the trash out & checked out the recycling bin. OMG! Something with teeth was trying to get into that pizza box. There are also bite marks in the soda cans!!!!!! That is going inside tonight. There are two holes together about half an inch apart. YIKES!
