Okay I've recycled my old digitals to family and friends. I'm tired of wasted rolls and cameras so I am looking for a cheap but decent (do those go together) digital for DD. Any thoughts?

I have a friend who was in Viet Nam with CIA and often says that he can tell what he did ... but then he'd have to kill us!

When I was in Viet Nam I couldn't tell anyone what I was doing because I didn't know myself.

John's camera, the Canon Rebel XT is the one B-day gift I bought that I got right. He had been emailing Lisa about camera and how he didn't want to spend the money. I went out looked at all the camera and took a stab at what I thought he was talking about. I got it right!!

I would recommend a Canon Powershot model. There are several choices. How old is she and how small of a camera would she need? Costco has some good choices.

Do what I do - Ben and Jerry's limited addition flavor this month is American Pie. I figured that should suffice. Has anyone seen the icecream graveyard? So many of our old favs are there. Apple Pie used to be a favorite with pieces of crust -

Not us. We do plan alot of hammock time though! Have to get off the ship early though.

Not me either.... I'd be they WAYYYYY back group....

I'll be in that first group off the boat group though. We stake out our spot with the following requirements. Must have umbrella (Dh fair skinned) and/or tree, two loungers and one chair by the water, hammock nearby a plus.

DH doesn't swim so he wont eco tour.

I'm thinking of sending DD to Wild side excursion and DH and I will get a massage in the beach cabanas. Thinking of renting bikes though for a short ride.
