OK,
This is getting weirder. I've lived a good chunk of my life in south central PA (Carlisle area) and have cousins in Levittown. Should there be any other odd connections, I've also lived in North Carolina and Virginia.

Did you go to Penn State?

Our 8 yrs in Central Pa were in Williamsport and South Williamsport.

Can't find my notes on our cabin numbers just now, so all I remember is that we're on 6. Since I didn't make the reservations, I don't have the official info in my hands. So I have to satisfy myself with planning everything else that I can!

Nope, not Penn State for me, even though I grew up in PA. I left to become a Tar Heel at the University of North Carolina.

OK, now to add the Passporter to the autograph book to carry along... but do I have to get the newer edition (have the third edition)...

Hi Marielle! I am so glad you are no longer a lurker and are a full fledged poster!

I am also from PA (although you may know that from lurking our thread :sunny: ) I usually fly out of Phil. but I got a flight for this trip out of Allentown. It is closer to home by about an hour.

My son is begging me to let him do smilies. So here is a dis reply from a 3 year old...

  :hourglass :bounce: :scared1: :dance3: pixiedust: :beach: :dancer: :drive: :di :cake: :dumbo: :maleficen :butterfly :fish: :flower1: :simba: :chewy: srocks:

Karen - I can't wait to hear about the judge. I hope it makes you :sunny: not :furious:

I actually grew up in NE Philly near State Rd and Linden Ave. My Dsis and some family are still up there. My Ddad lives in Levittown.

Wow, I spent my earliest years on the Jersey side of you, near the Burlington/Bristol bridge! Have lots of family in NE Philly, but not as NE as you. :rotfl: More towards Talcony. I do have cousins in Levittown also. Lived there for years.

:welcome: Marielle and family!! Glad you decided to join our Cruise Meet!!

Born in Texas, but only lived there until I was 2. Still, once a Texan always a Texan! :teeth:

Well, we got a new refridgerator today. Got a pretty good deal on a Maytag side-by-side that has been discontinued. I think the new model has a different shelf or two. :lmao:

It was quite the ordeal with DH picking it up himself. He wanted to unload it solo, but I got the neighbor's son to come over and help. We did find out that the floor is a bit tilted though. :tilt:
Now I have to go shopping so the kids have something to eat!

Oh, and I still haven't started packing yet! :lmao: My mom thinks I'm nuts.

Ok, I have to do some more :laundy: . I am sure none will get done while I am gone.

Glad you got help for him. We do NOT need any back injuries in this group before we cruise. We are now reaching the point that no one is supposed to get hurt or sick. Stay healthy, stay healthy ... ::yes::
