I woke up this morning...and....
I CAN HEAR IN MY LEFT EAR for the first time in 4 weeks. I am filled with joy and elation!!!!! All of that yuck is finally starting to move in my head!!!! YIPPEE!!!!

Just a quick FYI--we were planning on staying at the Hyatt Orlando one night pre-cruise and the cheapest rate I could find was $199. per room (we need 2 rooms!). Took a chance this morning because Hotwire had a 3.5 star listed at Orlando Airport for $79.00 per night (after researching this topic on the boards). We got the Hyatt--grand total for 2 rooms--$181.00!!

I am debating taking ours...my DH will say no...but we will be gone for 13 days...that is half of the calendar!

Samantha had a great appt yesterday, and I guess she may not be the giant I think she is...but she is definitely going to be tall.

but she weighed 41 1/2 lbs and was 42 1/2 inches tall. The dr said she had lots of muscle considering she is so thin. They did urine sample - oh what fun with a dixie cup - a finger prick and all and she was great.

He did mention that next year he will give her the boosters even though she won't yet be going to K.

Wow, you people are chatty this morning! One week from right now... I think we will be loading the car. Flight is not until 2:30. Girls are going to school that morning, and we'll take them out early so it does not count as an unexcused absence. DS will probably go to preschool, too, so we can get the last minute things completed. Dogs have to get to the kennel. Then somehow, by mid-day, we have to pick up kids from 3 different locations and get to the airport! That morning will be INSANE.

Yes, we are sooooo excited now!!!!!! I woke up this morning and thoughT, ONLY 8 DAYS TILL MRS. CLAYCOMB!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't lie, we are just waiting patiently now to do the upgrade dance, but if it dosen't happen, it will be ok

I can't wait to meet everyone and have an unforgettable trip!!!!!!!!

Hey Kim,
I read about your recent skin cancer visit. My Mom has had those as long as I can remember. I'm glad you keep on top of it. Two little things.

1. Don't let it go! You know that already. My Grandad did and it contributed to a long drawn out illness for him.

2. Next time schedule all of this in Ocotber and it can be part of your haloween costume!

In the mean time and thank Heavens for modern medicine.

Me being sick and then all this snow has really put me behind.

Sometime this weekend/early next week I have to do all of this:

* Go to Office Depot and get my door signs laminated and buy magnetic tape
* Go to the craft store and buy photo mats
* Go to the tire place to get my tires balanced
* Go to the toy store before tomorrow afternoon and buy a birthday present for the birthday party Nathan has tomorrow afternoon
* Go to the grocery store and buy or get the stuff to make the cheese and cracker tray I signed up to bring for my work Christmas party Sunday afternoon
* Buy a gift for the work Christmas party
* Clean out and vaccuum the car
* Clean the house at least a little bit - it needs it BADLY
* Finish all of my packing by Sunday evening
* Have a Parents as Teachers Meeting on Monday night after work
* Buy and watch POC: DMC on Tuesday evening
* Go to get my manicure/pedicure on Wednesday evening
* Pack the car and make last minute preparations on Wednesday evening

Try not to panic!!!!
