We are back at home....finally. It has been a really long day. I don't know how much I will be able to catch up but I will try so excuse me while I respond to posts from 100 pages ago.

Unfortunately both DS and I are sick right now but hopefully now that we are back home we will start feeling better. At least we will sleep better in our own beds.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

I have sooooo wanted to buy a big granny bra, hand it to the TSA checking Andy in and tell them to hand it to him after he goes thru security and tell him that it fell out of his bag...

Of course, it wouldn't be the same now that I've posted it and Andy would be aware of it... ....soooo maybe somewhere...somehow.....in some unsuspecting situation.....someone would be willing to help us out with this.....maybe some very nice server during dinner???

That's funny...I was already thinking about what I could do at the TSA checkpoint...maybe, quietly pointing to you and making the "somethings not right with her" gesture...and when your stuff goes thru the detector, yell, "FIRE IN THE HOLE"! And duck...think that would do it? I'm sure there would be an extra seat on the plane after that, bra or no bra.

Has anyone considered cancelling the CC island cruise for Friday? I know the reviews were not so great.

I haven't actually cancelled...I have thought about it. I also read they don't tell the actual history of the island...a more magical one.

I was also considering cancelling as I want to be on the beach all day with no time constraints (be here at X time).... We have the eco tour on one of the CC days as well as the getaway package.

There is a specific one from Canon for the XTi. There are some generics but the one from Canon has a AA battery insert for emergencies. I bought one of the Canon versions.

The generic from Opetka is actually the same as the Canon, according to the geeks on dpReview. I have it; it also has the AA battery insert for emergencies.

You know, Back to the Future 1, 2 and 3 were on the day after TGiving. We watched 2...I remember being so in love with Michael J Fox, especially in Family Ties....I was wondering what in the world I was thinking. Kirk Cameron was much cuter!!

Thanks John for the offer to get us Santa hats. I probably should check with DH to make sure he would wear it. He has been a pretty good sport about all of this but I don't know if Santa Mickey ears combined with those lime green shirts is going to go over too well.

After five days on the meds, I am finally feeling better!

BTW . . . DS got his Wii today - a friend that works at BBuy told him they would have some, and he got up at 5:30 to get in line. The bowling game is really fun!

That Wii sounds very cool! When I told DH that I heard it was backward compatible with older GameCube games he was impressed. I imagine we will end up with a new gaming system in the next year or two and I think the Wii just might be what we end up getting for Christmas next year.

I hope I didn't say this already...but I have to call my doctor again tomorrow. My sinus infection is not any better. My left ear is still totally blocked. I am starting week number 4!!!! This must get cleared up before I leave. I do not want to fly with this pressure. It might kill me!!!!

Brandi! I hope you are feeling better! What is it with all of us sickies?

Do you have the Earplanes for ear pressure pain? I won't fly without them when I don't have an ear infection but I would definitely try to find some if I was having ear problems.

Hi all . I have not posted on this thread at all (I did when it first started. Had very good intentions at the time, but life just got to nuts!) But have lurked the whole time!

Anyway I had a question for those who have already gotten their Docs. We are not living in our house right now due to renovation work and that is where my docs will be going to. When UPS delivered them did you have to sign for them? I can't remember from our last cruise and I just wanted to give the guys a heads up about it if they have to be signed for. Thanks in advance for replies!
