11 month reservation question

I've been a member for 10 years , you'd think I'd know this by now...
If my check in date is 10/30/10, on what date can I call to make the reservation since there is no 11/31, would it be 12/1? Also if I check in on 10/31, I assume I would call on 12/1 also?

11 months before an 10/30 check-in date is 11/30 so there is no issue about November not having 31 days if your arrival date is 10/30. On the other hand if your arrival date is 10/31, your call date would be 12/1. And frankly if you are arriving end of October and are not seeking a GV or AKV concierge, you can probably wait a month beyond the 11 month window and still get exactly what you want.
