Marie, oldest daughter there is some pink in her hair but its hard to see.

Rachel, who is obviously ready to deliver any minute. Her son spilled on her blouse but I took the photo anyway. Not very flattering but its my only real shot of her.

Didnt get shots of older grandkids. One wasnt there and Andy was scarce accept when food was served. He got new video games.

Looks like you had a great Christmas!

I finally had a second to upload some of our lobster dinner pics along with some from yesterday at Christmas.

I woke up Christmas morning and we had just enough snow to cover the ground, so we had a white Christmas after all.

Our lobsters before they met their fate. We had 4 of them.

I wonder what sailor found out you could eat these things?

Morning all,

Greg loved the pictures.
Thats great you got the snow after all.
The kids looked great but those lobsters were UGLY!!!

Hopefully those new toys will keep the kids busy until they go back to school.

Cold and foggy here today.

No snow in sight but some icy areas.
Rain coming next week, so hopefully it will warm up then.

Morning:

Gee everyone's pictures were great. I have a few from Chirstmas eve, will try and download them.

Kathy: Love you pic's of the dogs and you helping to open their gift.....Jack loves to open gifts. So I just wrap up some of his treats in tissue paper and when we open ours, he opens his......he loves it.....he normally dosnt need help and if you try and help him he growls at you......its really funny.

Greg, the lobsters look good, I'v always wanted to do that, but heard that they make a noise when they hit the hot water and I dont think I could eat them after I heard them screaming for their lives......!!!!

Well we have had about a foot of snow since christmas night.....it started snowing and didnt stop until 4pm yesterday......finally got the drive shovled out and now its snowing again. I cant stand it.

Just doing and thats about it for now.

Hi Denise,

when we were in our house the dogs loved tounwrap their own gifts. They would bounce all around them and pounce on them and rip until they got them open, but no room to do that in the RV so I have to help them.

Of course they dont need any help in eating their treats


I need to do laundry today. Just too lazy to turn on the machine so far.

Wally has much longer air than I remembered It has been awhile though. Your tree is beautiful.


I just finished all the washing, now to take over to the dryer to dry while I go to the mini mart for milk.

Not much else going on today. Pretty quiet actually, a little too quiet for my taste. I like a little action around here for me to spy on the neighbors.

I did get all my decorations taken down and put away. I hated to do it so soon but we just don thave the room to spare in here. I needed my space back.

Happy Monday everyone,

It will be a short work week which will be nice.
We are anxious for the Rose bowl game and parade next weekend.

We arnt too cold today, 33 right now but tonight they say 27 which is cold.
Then the rain is suppose to come and warm us up a bit.

Poor Minnie fell off the bed on her back last night and landed on the vacuum cleaner. It was aloud BANG and scared me pretty good.
She appears to be ok but I know she is sore. Then she was laying on the kitchen floor this morning and the lights were off back there and Greg stepped on her My poor little giril has had a rough few hours.

So she is now curled up in a chair with her new blanket wrapped around her and she is sleeping pretty good. She didnt sleep ater she got hurt around midnight.

Still waiting for the new grandbaby to arrive.

I sent Rachel an e-mail yesterday to see how she is feeling but I didnt get an answer, so maybe thats a good sign? Perhaps she is at the hospital.
I asked her to let me know when Labor started but she could forget about that. I know she is ready too.

I am still having a headache on and off. Not bad enough for aspirin, but usually when that happens I get sick, so I am hoping thats not the reason.
I do not need to be getting sick.

Hope everyone is off to a good week today.

Nope, Christmas is over now! The snow can stay here, but I'm looking for tropical destinations to transport myself to.

We've got that 12 day Caribbean and South American cruise in 85 days....I'm hoping the time goes by fast.

I'm liking the idea of a 12 day cruise. Usually by day 4 or 5 on a 7 day cruise I'm dreading the fact that the cruise will be over in a few days.....on a 12 day cruise that shouldn't happen until day 9?

i love all cruises but sometimes they do seem too short.

I am anxious to try our 14 day cruise, I am just hoping all those sea days in a row wont get boring. They do have new events to do and I think that will help pass the time on board.


Well off to make chili burgers for dinner.

Our weatherman lied again No 45 today , so far 35 has been our high.

Yes, Wally let his hair grown since the 2006 cruise....we used to buzz it but he decided to let it grow.....

Yes, I have sort of a short week.....I have to work thurs. till noon....then closed friday.....so at least I get 3 1/2 days off....

We know Jeff is at WDW and Christine decided to go at Halloween since then she rarely posts. She is welcome to post still to keep in touch.

Shell disappeared after she found out her team was playing mine and Gregs team in the Rose bowl this year
