101 Ways My Son Entertained Himself at WDW--The Last Day--New 11/18

We are eating at the castle for the first time in June and we can't wait. Sorry Cindy was cranky that is horrible to pay that much to eat in the castle and for her not to be in a good mood.

Oh, you'll love it! It was very special.

Looks great, except why is Mary Poppins there? I mean, I love her, but she's not a princess or castle-associated in any way...

I don't know why Mary Poppins was there. I am glad to have met her, though. It made me think of Jo.

It was finally the moment the girls and I had been waiting for all morning. Time to eat with the princesses.
When we entered the castle, I don't know what was up with Cindy, but she was cranky. She barely smiled and seemed like she wished she was somewhere else. I wasn't very happy about that.

Once our name was called, we were led up the winding stairs where we saw this.

I wonder where I can one of those made for my house... but, you know, of me...

The castle was so beautiful. The details were just amazing.

The food was so good. I wish I could eat my breakfast there every morning. My favorite were the yummy sausages and french toast sticks.

Eating at Cinderella's castle was totally the highlight of our trip for the girls and me. I don't care how old you are, it's magical and we'll be there every trip eating with our princess friends.​

Wow, that is a great pictorial. I've never been and now I know, I never will. Princesses = Yuck. I'll send the wife & LG while MB and I ride Space Mountain 25 times!!

I didn't know you got to wake up Tink!! I would LOVE to do that, but I have a feeling Buzz won't let us... He's not about fun for us-just him.

Lin, I just went back and read this. Last year when we went we had ADRs at the castle for 9:30 (park opened at 9:00) and told the CM at the rope we had ressies "around 9". They sent us around the rope to get back to the castle. We got to the castle and checed in and said we were waiting on others in our party. This was true. And when the park opened we were already back at the castle so we were able to get to tinks treasures first and wake up tink. We have pics just like the ones posted here. DD7 was glowing the rest of the day. We now have her certificate in her scrapbook.

HSM I love the pics. We have done the castle for breakfast the last 2 trips and loved it. The pics we take at the castle are some of DDs favorites of the trip.

Okay- Here's the dealio... I lost my notes and I can't remember every detail of what order we did things. So, I guess what I'm going to do is try and finish up the last days with less detail, but plenty of pictures. Sound good?
I hope so, because it's all I got.

When the girls and I were done with our breakfast with the princesses, we called the boys and found out they were on Main Street getting breakfast at the bakery. The main street parade was going on, so we stopped and watched a few songs before we went into the bakery.

The boys had the assignment of getting a Fast Pass for Philharmagic, but we knew we didn’t have to use it until later. The park was still pretty low where crowds were concerned, so we headed over to Adventureland to get a Fast Pass for the Jungle Cruise. The kids rode the carpets, and we went to the Tiki Room to waste time until our fast passes time was available. Our tour guide was really great.
Watch out for the angry hippos, Baylie!

We also checked out the shops. What a brave boy!

Next, up… Dole Whips and a little shopping. I bought the girls each a charm bracelets and charm to start a collection to remember our trip by.

We decided to go over and use our FPs for Philharmagic after we finished up. What a great show! I absolutely loved it. The kids had a blast too.

I wanted to go to the Hall of Presidents. I mean, what homeschooler who goes to Disney doesn’t want to learn even a little? But, it wasn’t to be. Aiden started throwing a fit and Kirt was about to let him have it AT DISNEY WORLD! So, I told Kirt to take the Baylie into the show while I walked Camryn and Aiden around a bit. We went into the American Heritage shop and bought Aiden an Air Force One jet plane, and several copies of different historical documents.

This is when I started taking pictures of Aiden finding ways to pass time. I had staked out a place to sit for the afternoon parade, and Aiden climbed over the fence around the tree and begun burying the President’s plane. I’m sure he wasn’t supposed to be in there, but I didn’t care. I paid thousands of dollars for my son to play in mulch, so I let him.
