The good folks at https://www.magicalresortguide.com/ have updated the Fort's Activities/Recreation page with Christmas themed events that crank up in the next week. Please be sure to check their website for holiday going-ons at the other WDW resorts as well.
For those of you who will be at the Fort for the Christmas holiday time, enjoy it (wish I could be there). And I hope the weather cooperates in the next week - the forecast doesn't look bad at all.
