So, I am so happy to be going with you guys!

It won't be as much fun though without Bob, and I'm actually quite sad about it right now.
No romantic beaches together (he had wanted to do the nude beach !)

Palo dinner won't be the same

But I'm glad that I'm still going with you guys and glad that I am able to treat an old friend (who is super excited!) to such a wonderful vacation!

But bear with my little bouts of sadness, ok?

Alex and I are not coming on the cruise with you

June has never cruised before and has just been to Disney World for the first time ever at Easter time, with her husband and 17 year old son.

She loved it! She is very excited to come!
(well and she got a great deal since I've already paid for most everything)

She probably won't be on the boards though, she doesn't do much computer stuff.

Wow! What a rollercoaster ride, Rose. I had to read every post twice to get the jist of what you were saying! We are so excited that you'll be along!!!! bummed about Bob though.

I am watching a show on the TRravel channel called "Extreme Pig Outs" - just saw a restaurant called Denny's Beer Barrel Pub that made a 6 pound hamburger people could eat. Then they made another one that was 15 pounds and ONE person has been able to eat it - skinny little guy!(18,000 calories!!) EWWWW.

Really cool show, though. NOw they are showing a restaurant in Brooklyn that deep fries EVERYTHING!!

Well, tomorrow is a big day for my little brother (the one in Iraq)... his wife finds out (hopefully) what the sex of their twin babies are!!! I am so excited because these will be my first neice/nephews (by blood)

I am so excited!! He is going to try to call from Iraq when she is getting the Ultrasound so he can hear at the same time (don't know HOW they are going to coordinate that!)

Hoping for at least one boy - he's the last son of my dad (who was an only boy) so it's up to him to carry on the family name!!

I'm off to switch between the gross food and the Real Housewives of NJ (sorry - another REALLY guilty pleasure!)

no, but i've seen the cutest robin buzzing around me for the last 36 years or so.

we cant do sleeping bags. you know why.
