Are any of the grills gas?

I believe VGF is.

Other than Fort Wilderness, my information says you cannot and you certainly couldn't use them on a patio or balcony.

were staying at OKW, I wonder if they'd allow that... otherwise we could just use theirs

This is a picture of the grill area at Saratoga Springs. You'll see two grills in the back of this picture near the hedges. This is adjacent to the pool area in the Grandstand zone. It's in good order, and I verified they still sell briquettes in the Artist Point store in the main building.

This is the same area, just looking towards the Grandstand pool.
