Need someone to take over FE Exchange

After much discussion, DH and I have decided to cancel this cruise and spend the week at the parks for our anniversary.

So, is there someone who would be willing to take over organizing the FE exchange? I can e-mail you the info - I have it in an Excel spreadsheet, but could probably convert it to a Word document if needed.

Please send me a PM if you would be willing to do this, and I'll send you the list.

Thanks!

Woohootity!
Palo brunch & Blue Lagoon dolphin excursion booked!

Now gotta do it all again on the 29th for the 3 day cruise.....palo dinner & spa!

Got the sea lion excursion I wanted but the computer will not bring up Palo reservations! Trying for brunch - well not life or death so we'll just see what happens!

Piece of junk disney sites as always. Got in at 1201, had brunch at 1000 in, then it showed and error and would not let me do anything else. Still 30 mins later it won't let me saying there is a system error.

darn...forgot about midnight! Brunch ressies all gone for now. Here's hoping something opens up.

Did get my check in done :thumbsup2

Same thing here. Had Palo brunch set for 10:00. Said there was an error and had to "go back".:mad:You know the rest.:confused3Same thing happened last year. Maybe I'll have a better chance on next years Western Caribbean. Oh well. Online check-in done and I got the port arrival I wanted.:goodvibes

My dh was able to get us a couples massage on board booked, but the jet skies at CC were gone.

Looking forward to our cruise! It's been a long, hot summer! :rotfl2:

I was able to log in at 12:01 and get the one excursion I wanted. I then tried for Palo but when I clicked the button the only thing that happened wasw that the screen refreshed. Tried the spa button and the same thing happened. I also could not complete the on-line check-in (it only showed me the goofy clip on how to - no icons).

Got up at 6 this morning and logged in. I was able to complete the check in and got the port time I wanted. I then tried to click on Palo and got the same results as last night (only refreshed my screen and gave me the same information).

Good thing I was only considering Palo and that it was not a must have!!

we're still waiting to make ressies (although someone else in our group was going to try to get a cabana today) and I am getting worried that we won't get anything because we're first timers and we're staying at WDW pre-cruise, so we'll be at the whim of Disney for arrival time.

Sent you a PM. I can do this if you haven't found anyone yet.

I missed out on Palo Brunch. Already gone at a minute after! I was bummed.

.. The Palo Brunch / High Tea is one of the biggest draw back of doing the B2B on the Disney dream, you only have 1 chance to do the Brunch or the High tea on all 7 days..

And if you get one, you can not do the other.. Because they are on the same day. I mean Palo Brunch, followed by High tea.. Hey you have to fit Breakfast and Dinner in there somewhere also... :confused3

Yeah, I never gave it much of a thought until recently but it was a bummer. Not doing Palo or Remy, DW wants to save money for the MR Cruise. She planning on spending big! One of the more startling things that I learned just changed is the ability to invite others in your party to excursions or Palo. Last Jan I had no problem adding my in-laws as my guests to Palo, now I can't do it. The website tells me that my guests are outside their booking window! That's going to make planning my excursions problematic.

Not to be nosey here but do you know if they are paid up??? I thought you can do that adding guests to reservations.. But If they are not paid up they you can not...???

You know, you might be right about that. I hadn't thought to ask. Thanks. Hopefully that will solve the problem.

My friend was able to add us to his Remy reservation, after many problems. It turns out I was logged into the website, and that's why we couldn't be added.

Well, it wasn't the fact that the cruise wasn't paid off. I checked that. I can see their names linked to my reservation but I can't add because the site says their booking window isn't open yet.

Maybe the difference is my friend didn't actually put us on the ressie yet. He just has a ressie for 4 at Remy. We will add our names once the window opens. The DCL people did this on the phone for him.

Just got off the phone with DCL. They state that the rules are different for Palo and Remy then they are for excursions. Apparently you can add people who are out of window for dining but not for excursions. This will make inviting newbie friends more daunting as coordinating excursions will be difficult.

Thanks very much for this... I was having real problems trying to figure this out.

I was able to add In-laws to Remy & Palo No problem.. And it was outside their window. But had spent the last few hours trying to understand the problem with adding them to an excursion.. (which was not working)..

Infact I was signing on to post a question to have someone explain what I was doing wrong.. Looks like you beat me to it..
