I thought it was, although it did give me the only laugh I have had today. It just struck me as funny. Are you subbing alot? Tommy has been busy this week with the football field. Friday night is the homecoming game. He was painting the field until midnight last night. They painted dragons on the 35 yard line and then a D in the middle. They painted the school name in the end zones. He was so proud of it. Unfortunately it rained today so I am not sure how the dragons look today. I know when they start playing Friday night he will cringe evertime a blade of grass is disturbed.

Glad it gave you a laugh!!! It is rather funny. lol Hey, maybe there's a Freudian slip there!

Did I tell you that our alma mater (Brunswick High School) is also the Dragons? The colors are orange & black. Our boys graduated from there too. Not so sure about the spelling program though!!!!

OK, I know you're a Yankees fan but you live with a Sox fan. That's not any easy job right now. We need some conk coolers to get them going. Where have the bats been - & what's up with the pitching. It should be the Rays pitchers who can't handle the NE Oct. weather. Anyway here's a CC to 3 in a row.

happy Friday! Wow that is a fish. Spelling is not one of my strongest abilities. Maybe it is the dragon mascot. Our colors are burgandy and gold. I giggled about the stripper fish all day. I could picture it coming out of the water doing a strip tease. Ok I really need to get a life. Have a great day!

I guess thay pulled it out last night. Roger was so mad he stopped watching for a while and swithched to the Florida State game. Then it was the 8th when we started watching again. I didin't make it to the ninth though had to go to sleep. Good luck with the next game.

I can sure relate! I used to paint our H.S. field every Weds during football season for 3 years. My job was the end zone writing and the star in the middle of the field. It took 14 of us about 3 hours to do the job every week. I helped a few times with the hash marks - not good on the back! By the end of the season I would be painting on dirt out in the middle of the field.

Now I am a referee and I get to see a lot of different fields. A really well maintained and painted field really does make a difference.

I don't think it would fit in a crock pot. Just toss it in the bath tub and throw in a hair dryer - you'll have to flip the circuit breaker a few times but that should cook it!

They worked a couple more hours on it last night. Unfortunatley their is only two of them to do the field. I haven;t decided if they can not get the help or that the two of them are so pickey and grumpy that no one wants to work with them. They bought a dragon stencil and worked on the dragons. One of the news stations has said it will be bringing their helicopter to do a segment during the game so he is hoping that they will get a good shot of the field. The kids are so excited about the field and really appreciate the extra effort. We are actually having a good season. One of the kids our son played football with in high school is playing for the Browns. He had a interception a couple of weeks ago. We are so proud of him. He is such a good kid and really has done well for himself. He told us last week that he wants to come back to the HS and coach after his NFL career is over. So if you watch the Browns cheer for Issac Sowells.

First of Joanne tell Roger not to feel bad I did the same thing . Believe or not I was watching FSU Football for a while .Nancy was in the living room watching one of the new fall shows. SHAME ON ME.
When Pete and I go fishing we catch and relese. More to catch for another day. The Bass are good to eat but they are a very oily fish. As I said we just have fun catching them.
Well everybody I made up for bobo I just got through washing the floor and folding laundry . Yes Nancy is subbing today.
Hope to get some more fishing in this afternoon.
