09/13/09 SSMC09 S.S. Member Cruise 2009 - Part 3!

Had a real sweet one, Holly, until about two years ago - she got sick and we had to put her down. She was also 13. And yes, she loved to eat - just about anything! Didn't like grapes - would roll them around on the floor with her nose!!

she actually loves grapes, she used to eat ice, but won't do that anymore.

she is actually having lots of problems, DH is trying to decide if he needs to put her down before we leave, He does not want to leave that to anyone else. Its been his dog!

DS Dustin was in NC visiting oldest son and is coming home tonight with my niece, but they are going straight to the shore with their trailor and we have to grab Dustin just after they get back into Jersey - in a little town called Malaga. It will be on the way for them.

well be careful, I don't like driving in the rain

That was how I felt when decision time came about Holly - I didn't want Dustin finding her at the bottom of the steps.

I hate driving in the rain. Thank goodness DH is okay with it and we have an old Yukon that handles well in that stuff.

Yes, something fun for a change! I really should stay home and clean, but already had this planned. I do decorative painting and my friend and I are going to a class tomorrow. We're painting this really neat design on a boot!

I think I am going to get a haircut in the morning!

Then maybe we can finally work on the porch it was too hot last weekend!

Yes, something fun for a change! I really should stay home and clean, but already had this planned. I do decorative painting and my friend and I are going to a class tomorrow. We're painting this really neat design on a boot!

I love crafts, so is it a real boot or ceramic or what?

Real boot! We went to a local thrift store and picked out a couple to see how the design would work best! I'll take a photo tomorrow and try to post it so you can see.

Then in the evening it will be back to my crazy house - after all summer working at camp, it looks like a hurricane hit inside!

Thats right you said it was Girl Scout camp...if I rememr correctly, I ran a day camp years a go, alot of fun and a lot of work
